Flush Mount Ceiling Light Vintage Black - Industrial Metal Cage Fixture with 3 E26 Lights for Bedroom, Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room

We finally got this MOLEBIT flush mount ceiling light fixture installed. I couldn't be happier with the result! The installation was not complicated. The instructions were adequate.The colors, finish, and materials work very well together. We used decorative LED Edison bulbs and they completed the look nicely.

Ordered this to use in my teenage son's bedroom. I measured before hand to make sure that the base and mount would fit what we already have in the ceiling in our 1960s home. My husband installed this but he said it was easy. Just a matter of inserting the screws into whatever is already there and connecting the wires. He has installed a lot of ceiling lights over the years, so maybe not easy for me, but easy for someone with electrical and wiring knowledge.I really like the look of the slight, and so does my son. Like does not come with any bulbs, but I did have some Edison style bulbs at home that work just fine.I like the fact that there's no glass shade in this light. Easier to clean and easier to change the lightbulbs.We have approximately 7 foot ceilings, so not super tall. This light add some cool style to an otherwise small and kind of boring room and it's not so large that anyone in my family is going to hit their head on it.I think the price point on this light is comparable to my local Lowe's or Home Depot. No complaints.

Unfortunately arrived missing earth/ground wire. Replacement ordered & I now have to go through pain for boxing & returning defective one. Guess these aren't checked before shipped; hoping next one is correct.

This flushed light fixture is exactly what I was looking for to replace my old school hallway light fixture. The caged look is consistent to the usual industrial style.As long as you are careful with installation you should have no problems but this lamp was a little flimsy. The lightweightness of it comes in handy while trying to hold it up for installation but I would advice to avoid dropping it at all costs.I like the exposed lightbulbs on this fixture and I prefer edison lightbulbs with it to further enhance the industrial look. Since there isn't really a layer between the lightbulb and the cage this allows you to get the full brightness of your lightbulb. Overall I recommend this fixture to anyone going for the industrial/farmhouse style!

We wanted a cool looking updated light fixture for my son's bedroom. We liked the look of the fixtures that had exposed bulbs, but we were bit hesitant since he is a rambunctious 12 year old and a fan of Nerf guns! This fixture offered a good compromise of exposed bulbs, but with the added security of a cage over it. We still needed to warn him that the cage will not stop a Nerf dart though! My son has a cool travel adventure theme to his room with a lot of maps and camouflage and this light fixture goes really well in his room. We put in 3 warm Edison bulbs and it gives the right amount of soft light for a bedroom. Installation was pretty straight forward, we did run into difficulty trying to line up the two posts that stick down from the ceiling where you attach the base plate. Of course we were balanced on his bed, in the dark and fumbling, so I can't really fault the light fixture for our stupidity! All in all, it is a really cool piece. It does not come with the light bulbs, and so for that reason, I find the current asking price a little expensive, but we love the look and my son is happy!

A light fixture is often overlooked as an easy way to change the overall feel of a room. This wire cage fixture creates a modern farmhouse vibe in a room. The description shows it with Edison style bulbs, and I may switch to them, but the Edison style bulbs would not be diffused since there is no lampshade, so the fixture would cast harsh shadows. The LED bulbs I have in the pictures are at least diffused a little bit, and i kind of like the contrast of the white against the black metal. The install was very straightforward. If you are replacing a fixture, then you already have the electrical box, and this is very simple to put in from there.

I love this fixture for the design concept I have for my son's room. It has a really cool industrial feel to it, maybe even steam punk sort of vibe, which I totally like for his space. But this fixture isn't what I would consider "flush" or even semi "flush" as it is advertised in the listing. That may keep me on the hunt for another fixture because I am not sure yet whether or not it will protrude too far. He is tall and he uses his room for VR. Just thought I would point out that if you need a really flush fixture you might want to keep looking. Other than that it is a high quality fixture for the price point, lots of value here.
