Really works a lot of areas besides abdominals!

Assembly was trial and error because the directions are in Chinese. I’m still not sure I’ve got it together properly because of this clicking sound when I roll out. I think it might be spring loaded, but I’m just not sure. 🤷🏾‍♀️Anyway, I purchased this because I cannot use a standard ab wheel because I had surgery on my wrist=no weight bearing exercises. I can get the same workout with this as with the ab wheel. It holds my weight and is very stable. I’m pleased except for the assembly and operation instructions.

El producto es bueno para el precio, El Problema es que me enviaron uno ya usado, el reloj danado y el producto todo sucio ademas faltaba un descanzabraso, intente devolverlo pero las occiones son llevarlo a algun lugar pada devolverlo, esto conlleva a un gasto gasolina y tiempo que no vale la pena todo el enredo,Amazon deveria tener mas cuidado quien empaca y despacha los productos,
