These are very cool! You can't hear the gun shot, but you can hear everything else including others talking. I used them busting up my tile floor and I could not hear the hammer hitting the chisel, but I could listen to the radio while I worked! Very neat technology!

Excellent product, nice to be at the range, avoid the noice but yet hear your friends or range master.

Had them at the range today. They worked great. Was able to hear conversations well.With the volume off they work like regular ear protection.If you haven’t used them you can still hear the gun shots with the volume on. The shot are not loud at all.So far happy with them

Noise canceling is good, not great. But considering how slim they are I can't complain and they get the job done. Wouldn't recommend if you have sensitive ears but for the majority of people these will work. Good quality for the money as well. The electronic feature is the best part. Works really well detecting voices and not picking up loud noises. Perfect for the outdoors, gets the job done indoors.

Great look and feel. Plug in the battery and you might get super hearing. I live under the airport and while looking at the planes flying over my head I cough their radio transmitter for a second. While not designed as head phones they will also do the job. Suppressing fire arm blast down to safe range while having an integrated microphone for conversations. All range problems solved.

Sound reduction works great. before these muffs i was using old fashion clunky, non-powered muffs. I found that I had to put ear plugs in at the same time as wearing the muffs if I was sitting next to anyone with a short barrel, or large caliber, or if they had a large muzzle brake.Did a great job of blocking out noise from the 50bmg that was 2 slots away from me (couple days ago). My ears are safe and no flinching. I think the rated db reduction that is advertised is quite modest. They do an amazing job for how slim they are.In regards to comfort, they are probably 4/5 stars if you take into account trying to wear glasses with them - they are TIGHT. Without Eye protection, they come in at 5/5 stars. Gotta find some slimmer eye protection to keep the arms of the glasses from jamming into your head - because these muffs are tight.The noise cancelling is exactly what you'd expect for 50-70 dollar range. Its not really noise cancelling so much as that its just keeping loud noises from coming in.The noise amplification is awesome! I can easily wear these while hunting and I would be able to hear BETTER than if I didn't have anything at all.

Comfortable. Easy to use. Can hear ambient noise pretty well at the roll of the volume. Dampens immediate gunfire to zero decibels almost. I couldn't hear the gunfire from 44 mag rounds and at a distance of a couple of feet. If I have any discrepancies as we fire different calibers I'll update but so far this is the bang for your buck right here.
