This product is a waste of time and money. I guess i should have listened to reviews and spent my money on something else. It sucks that you try to improve your health and then get taken advantage of by a worthless product.

These Keto ACV gummies are great! I'm a skeptic when it comes to a lot of supplements since you never really know the true active amounts or if they're actually going to do anything or if you're just going to flush them out. I started by taking just one of these with lunch because I didn't want to worry about indigestion or upset stomach. It actually tasted great which was a surprise all in itself. Also, there were no negative side effects at all, but I did feel a lot less sluggish after lunch. I don't know if these gave me an energy boost, or if they prevented a spike in blood sugar, but whatever it was it was great. I haven't changed a single thing in the past week with the exception of these ACV gummies, but when I checked yesterday, I saw that I was down 3lbs. For me, losing weight is so difficult, but so is gaining. I've been trying to gain some to build muscle mass, but I wasn't lifting enough to translate that into muscle, so there was a little extra around my waist that I wasn't thrilled with. I thought my pants fitting back to normal was just me getting used to my pants being a little tighter than they used to be, but nope. They're fitting back to normal around my waist area and I'm sure it's bc of those 3lbs. 3lbs of fat in one spot can definitely make a difference. What I didn't expect to make such a difference were these gummies. I thought the energy could be a mind thing, then didn't know what to think about losing 3lbs, so I gave them to my spouse and 19yo and they both experienced the same energy effects! Neither one of them had gotten on a scale, so I can't attest to the weight change in them, only myself. It definitely isn't wishful thinking and it's not just water weight because I've upped my already high water intake just in case. I'm so surprised by these. I want to tell everyone, but I also don't want to because I know how I'd look at me if I was in their shoes. Total skepticism and thinking "ok, whatever makes you happy"...but being a doubter myself, I know this isn't the case which makes it doubly surprising. At this price, giving them a chance is totally worth it and I think you'll understand my "explanation" a lot better if you try them for yourself.

This product is a total scam, using photoshopped pictures of famous people to sell the item.I can't believe Amazon would lower it's standards so far just to make money at the expense of loyal customers.The side effects of this product are horrendous: nausea, diarrhea, vomiting....not worth it.And to top it off this item is not eligible for return.Shame on you. Amazon. You need to hire more product detectives before adding crap to your website.

These have a milder apple cider vinegar flavor than others I've tried. This is particularly nice as some of those can be a bit too strong on the vinegar, this if anything leans towards more of an apple flavor. Still if I was tasting these blind I might even think it's somewhat of a cherry flavor? It's hard to pinpoint. But in either case the flavor is very good and the somewhat gummy texture in the mouth is almost like candy and lasts a while. My wife also likes that these are vegan certified.

Most days I forget to eat them, but I have been taking them with me to work to eat them mid or late morning. I don't notice a different in my snacking urges or that I am processing food more efficiently. I certainly don't think I have lost any weight that I can attribute to my use of the gummies. Although, I can't say that any that I have lost IS attributed to them, either as I haven't been consistent. Since I received and started eating them, I HAVE lost about 3 - 5 lbs, but I have also been more active, drank more water than regularly and have eaten slightly cleaner for my main meals. I am still on the first bottle, however, so I will try to be more conscious here on out and will come back to give an additional review later.

I should have checked ked with my doctor first. She said don't bother, these are simple non-proprietary ingredients and definitely not worth the cost, and they won't stimulate weight loss. Also, I'm diabetic and she said playing around with ketosis is dangerous. I've lost a load of weight on my own, and I just wanted something to help with the last 15-20 pounds.AND THE UNOPENED PACKAGE IS NOT RETURNABLE. $50 WASTED. I feel like such a fool.
