It was super easy to assemble, and I love the upgraded filters.The water level window is super handy! I just fill the fountain to the fill line with a jug of water every other day and then take it apart and clean it once a week. It's very easy to clean!My cats actually love the ball design. They are weirdos that like to lick the faucet and this keeps them from doing that!

I wanted to get a stainless steel cat fountain because I've previously had a plastic one and had a harder time cleaning it. This one is great. The water flows out nicely and my cats loves drinking water from it. Holds a lot of water so no need to fill it everyday. Very quiet too. Very easy to set up and the window with the blue light is very helpful to monitor water levels. Recommended!

I purchased this fountain because our neutered male cat has a tendency to develop crystals in his urine, which can become fatal if not addressed. He is now on a prescription diet, but he also needs to be drinking plenty of water. Since we noticed that he seems to enjoy drinking water that is moving, we decided to try this fountain.The fountain is made out of stainless steel, so it is quite sturdy and very easy to clean. The water bowl holds plenty of water, typically enough for almost a week. There is a window that allows me to observe the water level without opening the fountain, and it glows a gentle blue in the dark (I think the glow actually emanates from the pump). The water gently flows from the spherical feature and creates small currents which make the fountain attractive and interesting for our cat.The best feature is extremely quiet pump. A previous fountain that we had we a bit noisy. With this fountain, I can't hear the pump unless I'm within inches of the fountain. The filtration seems to be adequate, and the water stays very clear for weeks at a time. Like most people I suspect, I don't change the filters (the charcoal filter or the sponge filter) as often as I should, but they seem to hold up fine. That's possibly because I use Brita filtered water in the fountain, so the water is already quite pure.The upper basin drains into the lower bowl through a slit. If we were to lose power, the upper basin would eventually dry up, so that is a minor concern. Of course, we always leave our toilet seats up so our cat can grab an "emergency drink" if necessary. In practice, this has never been a problem.However, if you live in an area where you lose power very often, and you are leaving your cat for a few days, I would definitely suggest leaving out an extra bowl of water. Either that, or plug the fountain into a UPS.Overall, I am very pleased with this fountain. Our cat is drinking more water, and that will hopefully keep him healthy and happy for a long time!

I've tried several other cat fountains and they got moldy SO fast, no matter how diligently I cleaned them, which is why I purchased this stainless steel one. It is perfect for my cat. It stays clean, and the capacity is large enough that I don't have to constantly change the water. It's easy to use and VERY quiet. I love it!!

The Stainless Steel Model. My kitties love this style of fountain because the water flow is gentle and quiet. They do not like the louder waterfall style fountains. Great for finicky cats! Also, the water level window is very easy to see through, AND it provides a faint blue nightlight in my kitchen. Sturdy construction and easy to clean/assemble etc...Highly recommend!

This fountain is great, super quiet, easy to set up, only needs refilled once a week.The only issues we have is it is too tall for one of my cats to reach the ball, or where the water runs off of it. To be fair she has little legs and is only 4 inches at her chest.The base of the bowl is 4.5 inches, it is set in about 2 inches, and is about 2/ 2.5 inches tall. My boy cat can reach it just fine but we can't get him to even try it.

Easy to assemble & setup was a breeze. Very quiet pump & the night lite is great. It holds a large amount of water & has nice window so you can see when it needs refilled. Both of our cats love the water streaming from the ball.

This cat water fountain is great.I will list some of the things I like about it. Then one thing I dislike.Pros:1. Quiet, I can't hear it.Unless I get very close to it.2. The blue light, it makes a nice night light.3. The little window. I like being able to see the amount of water left.4. The size of the fountain, it holds a good amount of water.5. Stainless steel. It doesn't accumulate that gunk stuff that the plastic water fountains would. Very hygienic.6. Easy to clean.Con:Once it gets low to a certain level of water. It stops flowing the water from the top. Which could result in my cat being without water.Other than that, I would still recommend this water fountain. As long as you are paying attention to the water level, you shouldn't run into the water running out issue.

Indoor cats use this..good product.. However the 6 additional carbon filters and 6 sponges never arrived and I had to go and purchase them myself otherwise. The product itself is used by my cats and I recommend it. I use well water..Seems good. Product needs to be thoroughly washed before us. I find placement is best near a power source and a few feet above floor level. only 3 stars because non receipt of additional filters.

The media could not be loaded.  My little cat didn't like it but I gave her to my friends cat who used to have a fountain before and she likes it. So depends onnthr cat. But the product is very good quality .

The media could not be loaded.  Nach Anleitung installiert und funktioniert einwandfrei. Meine Katzen haben ihn sofort geliebt und er macht optisch auf jeden Fall was her. Man hört auch nichts, der Betrieb ist komplett leise. Es passt sehr viel Wasser rein und reicht mit weiteren Wasserquellen locker 2 Wochen ohne auffüllen, bis man ihn reinigt.Eine gute Methode um die Katzen zum Trinken anzuregen und etwas zu beschäftigen.Lässt sich super leicht zusammen bauen und reinigen funktioniert auch sehr unkompliziert.Nur zu empfehlen:)

Mis mininos se volvían locos con el grifo, uno tomaba muy poca agua, y el otro parecía pensar que el cuenco era una piscina para sus patitas. Así que decidí darle una oportunidad a esta fuente de agua para gatos... ha valido la pena!La instalación fue más sencilla que abrir una lata de comida. Además, queda muy chula en la casa, como si fuera una fuente mágica. El sonido del agua es relajante, nada que ver con el estruendo del grifo. Ni hablar de la limpieza, un juego de niños.Pero lo mejor de todo es que ¡funciona de maravilla! El gato con problemas para beber ahora se hidrata como un campeón. Al principio, el otro gato se entretenía mojándose la carita con los chorritos, pero le enseñamos a respetar la fuente, y ahora todo en orden!No puedo decir mucho del consumo eléctrico, pero la tenemos encendida día y noche, ¡y ningún problema!Resumiendo, esta fuente ha solucionado nuestras preocupaciones de hidratación y ha transformado la forma en que mis gatos beben
