My girlfriend loved it for Xmas gift. But I thought it was bigger on the picture.

BE CAREFUL BEFORE ORDERING!Not happy with the the service of this and how long its taken to be replaced for me (its been 5 weeks since purchase and I'm not getting any responses back or gotten a refund)The brand new item I ordered came with a missing stone which is quite visible as it is a small heart. This was unfortunate as it was a birthday present for my little sister but neither of us were very angry as sometimes these things happen.I have since then gone back and forth with the Nexus support team and they told me every week that one will be sent and to wait. Now I'm not getting any communication back for it and I feel like I've been scammed into buying a defected item at full price.Just to be safe to any buyers, please consider my review before purchasing as I'm assuming you don't want to deal with what I have been through.

Much smaller than expected. It came in a snap bag, no Pandora tag, bag or box. Poor show considering the cost

This was a present for my wife at ChristmasIt's pretty and fits nicelyUnfortunately I was surprised it came in a plastic bag with a cardboard envelope to go in.I had to find a suitable box for it.

The centrepiece of the necklace is very small and doesn’t bear comparison with the online image. It was chosen by our teenage granddaughter as a Christmas gift from us. Should she also be disappointed on Christmas Day then I will be returning it. Perhaps of course she might like the delicacy of it and she favours Pandora

It looks nice in the picture and when it arrived it still looks nice but it was a lot smaller than I expected also the chain wasn't long enough
