This bag shall remain in possession till I pass it down to my kids. It is made from leather and it is made in the USA, what else would I need? One thing, though, I would love to see in future products that might be available in other goods made by Urban Leather and it's me who s not aware of it; I want the leather thicker. The leather surfaces in this bag feel thin that I am afraid they won't be as heavy duty as leather goods should be. I know it is a bag and its surfaces shouldn't be as thick as a belt (or should they?) but they shouldn't be so thin either. Aside from that, it is a well-made, good-looking bag.

The quality of the bag exceeded my expectations. At the price point, the materials and craftsmanship inside and out are very impressive. I appreciated the personalized email I received from the owner of the company. It appears as if they really care about the product and satisfaction of their customers. I was able to fit a 14" IBM Thinkpad but that is the absolute maximum the bag will fit in the laptop section.

I bought this bag for my boyfriend to replace his backpack for work. It's a good bag but it got a little wet in the rain one day and the dye rubbed off on his tan pants. The color came off in the washer when I put stain remover on it but we're worried it may do it again. Maybe need to spray it with something?

I have had a wonderful experience with this company. I ordered a 15-inch bag prior to Christmas and received it quickly in excellent condition. The bags are beautiful and durably made. After I gave the bag to my boyfriend for Christmas, we realized it didn't fit his new computer. I wrote asking to return the bag and pay the difference for a bigger bag. They far exceeded my expectations with this process as well. Overall, I highly recommend this company and their products!

This bag is really nice. Heavy duty construction. Has thick padding sewed between the leather and canvas to protect your expensive laptop. Needs to be broken in a bit before the leather feels really good. I was unclear whether the leather was treated or not, so I sprayed it with Kiwi before its first rainy day.

I bought this bag to carry a small laptop for school along with the other "purse" things a person carries. The bag is aging well and the patina of the leather is darkening beautifully. My only concern is that because the bag is so roomy, I can easily put more weight in it than is comfortable to carry. Because I'm mobility impaired and using a knee scooter, this bag is convenient to carry as a cross-body and not impact my maneuverability.

I didn't know what to expect, with just a picture of this man bag my husband wanted. When it arrived it nicely packaged. With how to care note, if you have a concerns call and thank you for your purchase. He loves the bag, it looks great and very sturdy. A must have for any man's wardrobe!!

Typically when buying leather goods the manufacturers don't bother to specifically warn the customer about the smell, and I found out why they did for this bag. When the description says there is a "LEATHER SMELL", it is not the typically pleasant smell of vegetable tanned or chrome tanned leather, but an indescribable, musky smell that is very off putting. The smell has not gone away after airing it out outside for three days.The leather itself is hard, stiff, and has a texture like crinkly paper, not at all like goat leather which is supposed to be soft and supple, and more like what is described as camel leather elsewhere. Which might explain the smell as an internet search suggests that camel hide is sometimes tanned in the animal's urine in some parts of the world.Don't be fooled by the low price and decent-looking pictures, the price is ridiculously low because nobody would want to be within 6 feet of this thing.

My wife really likes this bag to carry her music sheets in. After a year of service it looks like new.

I liked the way the bag looks however the material looks quite feeble. Is it cow hide? Not sure. May be camel hide. The grain size is little too big. Overall the material thickness is quite less than competition. Certainly doesn't inspire confidence that it'll stand the test of time. The internal pockets are stiff and you can't put in too many things in them. However there are few nifty design elements like key holder and expandable main pocket. For the price I paid, I found it a little too expensive. I wish there were more configuration options. Would gladly buy it for lesser price but at this price I'll probably skip it.
