Q: Are you supposed to use this on wet skin or dry skin?

This is a product I was introduced to in Japan years ago. It works very well, and I have always used it on dry skin, applied with dry hands. If you leave it on for a bit (don't let it completely dry), it will really help those dead skin cells to slough off.

Q: i don't know japanese, how long expire date of detclear after opening ?

Mine doesn't show an expiration date.
