Does what it should
I love this little gadget...it makes chopping up kindling so much safer and easier.

Nice and solid but…
This would benefit from holes in the base to fix it for bigger pieces of wood. Good for softer kindling but struggled to split harder seasoned wood. Sturdy build though.

Splitter
Does not cut the wood. Wood just bounces off. Not sharp enough to cut wood only very small pieces.

Really easy to use kindling splitter for making easy firewood. Very well built and looks nice too, would recommend!

WORKS VERY WELL INDEED
The media could not be loaded. This seems to be a very well made bit of kit. The rubber feet are very loose and will probably just get junked. HOWEVER, the splitter itself works just as it should. With a club hammer it would be even better.This is a great tool and most definitely a safer alternative to splitting kindling with a hand axe.I've tried to attach a video of it in action. Hopefully it will run.Very happy to recommend this 👍
