I bought 2 of this product, they have been used very occasionally whilst away in our caravan and looking at the faults that have already occurred will be unfit for use before long. I would have expected them to last more than half a summer?As you can see from the photos the eyelets are tearing from the fabric and the string has snapped, they are rusting even though they haven’t been left outside and the elastic on the head rest has stretched making it slide to the bottom. On top of that when You sit to recline, the chair spontaneously starts to move back to the sitting position on its own.Waste of money.

Just smashed the back of my head open while sitting in the sun, the chair bent and folded under me resulting in cracking my head open and doing my back in!!! I want my money back !!!

Thought these were great. Reviews were mixed...but I thought it would work out okay.Bought these a month ago...started using them a few weeks ago.Already going rusty! That's correct....not even two months old and only been out in the shed for 3 weeks and...their going rusty!We've used them 4 to 5 times and always.... ALWAYS put them away at the end of the day in the shed. Always in dry conditions .Clearly the metal had not been protected it sprayed properly. (You can see the inside of the tube untreated)Customer services were polite when I contacted them yet questioned how many times I've used them and reminded me about my 30 days purchasing rights.Thanks guys! How to win over customers!They are actually pretty nice chairs...but I'm really not happy they are going rusty less than two months.I don't think I've ever written a bad review?But today I will.

Good relaxing chairs but annoying that your stuck in one position, they don't recline to flat sun bed position. They also don't lock into place to you're always trying to balance to stay still

Very comfortable chairs. I'd not tried a recliner like this before, but I'm very impressed. The chair reclines and sits upright very smoothly so you can get to whatever position you like. Ideal for enjoying the warm weather with a good book. I only wish my little boy would let me use them to relax in more often.

Great chairs, look lovely. Only problem is that left in garden they started to rust a little around screws and as they are garden chairs, I would expect them to stay in the garden! Very comfortable but the sitting to laying motion can happen very quickly and easily, these two issues have made me rate as 4*. Happy with this purchase though and the delivery.

Really quick service and the seats are very comfy, just need some sun now. Would recommend the attachable drinks and phone holder that can clip onto the side.

Nice looking chairs and comfortable.We ordered some similar last year which were similar to these. These chairs do not have a good locking system and one of them doesn't seem to work at all.
