Upon an annual cleaning of my grill, I discovered one of my burner tubes had a large hole that rusted through (11 years old). So, I decided to perform a restoration. All of these parts fit great and look great.I highly recommend this kit if you have a Weber Genesis ES330 grill. The "new" grill heats quickly and provides a good flame. Love that the parts are stainless steel.There are lots of videos on line to help you do the replacement of the burners. I found two that were very helpful. I sprayed the burner screws a couple of times with "penetrating oil" and let it sit for a couple of days. After 11 years of use, I was able to remove 3 of the 4 screws. The 4th burner, I had to cut the screw off and am just letting it sit in it's slot. I did not replace the grill grates. I was able to clean them (see my picture) by using my power washer (in the driveway) and was able to remove almost all the old gunk.

Really pleased with this replacement, the quality is great, the steel is thick. The burners are engineered as perfect replacements, the flavorizer bars are exact spec replacements. This truly refurbished a major part of the grilling experience. The only thing left that needs replacement is the underhood heat shield, which might be a custom fabrication job from what I have read.

Everything fits as expected. The only issue is that the included burner screws are self tapping and do not fit as I read elsewhere. I was able to cut a groove in the existing hex heads with a dremel tooland remove and reuse with a screwdriver. This is day 1 and ever seems solid. We will see.

Looks durable. Works like the original and keeps our Weber working great.

Really nice quality overall, fit perfectly. Small complaint is the 4 screws and washers that hold down the burners are not the correct size or thread type. I had to make my own M6 x 1.0 threaded bolts and stainless washers to replace the hold downs. The coarse threaded ones supplied are too small.

My grill is about 12 years old. I thought about getting a new one but for $40 why not give a try, to replace my grill with a new one would have been around $1500. I ordered a few other parts and replaced the flavorizer bars and heat deflectors, as well as the burners and ignitor. The grill is like new, the family enjoys using again, which is great with the crazy temps we have been seeing this year and not needing to use the oven or stove.

First time rebuilding a grill. Surprisingly easy to do. The screw for the burners is likely rusted in if your grill is like mine. Just bend the old one out and kinda bend the new one in. Material is very heavy duty. Was pleasantly surprised there. Once reassembled everything works great! Previously the right side did not light and the left side would always be way too large of a flame.

We ordered these to replace the guys of our gas grill. They were easy to install and fit perfectly.
