Happy Beds Atlantis White Finished Solid Pine Wooden Bunk Bed Frame

My daughter already had these for my grandchildren and so I bought them for my house. Easy to put together and took 2 of us 3-4 hours which was ok. They look lovely. Ok for teenagers and for adults occasionally on the lower bunk although not enough distance between the bunks for constant use as an adult can't sit up straight on the lower bunk. Good sturdy steps. My grandchildren love them and they're really secure. My only niggle would be the plastic screw caps - they don't really work as they don't stay on the screw heads. I might stick them with superglue! Also one of the ends was slightly damaged when I checked the box but as soon as I contacted the seller, they sent the replacement within a few days, no fuss or quibble which was good.

One of the pieces was missing, instead of sending me the missing part they sent a huge box - a third of the original delivery so I now have a large amount of wood to get rid of. The dowel holes on three out four of the bedposts were drilled incorrectly, luckily I had a carpenter nearby or I would not have been unable to put them together. Now the beds are up they look good and feel strong. I guess you get what you pay for.

I have been very pleased with the overall quality of these beds. The build quality is good and all holes lined up!! The screws used are substantial and give confidence that the whole thing won't fall to pieces. A nice touch was that the slats were joined together with tape that positioned them in position without you having to work out the distance in between Somebody has given a bit of thought to help the non DIY expert (that's me) put this together. One slight criticism was that the instructions weren' t too special and I would have liked to see more explanation and perhaps larger pictures of some areas. Overall though, a good buy and would recommend it.

Good quality, sturdy bunk beds, which don't move or creak when used. The edges of the wood are curved, so are much kinder to the feet than wood with sharper edges. They are a faff to put together however (instructions not great), and take much longer than the recommended 1 hour (took us 4 hours). Our first delivery arrived damaged but the Customer Service was second to none and they sent us a replacement very quickly. Overall, now they are up, we're very pleased with them.

The bed was quite easy to assemble. Unfortunately, one of the headboards was damaged and had to be replaced, which in the end, delayed the assembly of it by almost a week. Quite frustrating...(hence the 3 stars) I have to say however, that the company replaced the piece without any fuss at all. The quality of the bed is good overall. Our children are very happy, and that's the main thing!

Not bad. The price reflects the quality. They seem strong, but the Matt paint effect isn't particularly aesthetically pleasing & there are visible holes where the ladder goes as they pre drill both ends for the ladder, but obviously the ladder will only go at one of those ends - no cover up caps are provided. Same at the end of the bunk. The JL or M&S bunks are twice the price but so much nicer... I needed two sets so sadly settled on these. Delivery took forever- 11 days & was a day later than they had said which was a huge inconvenience for me as I had booked a man to come & assemble them for me in advance. He couldn't do the day later as he was booked up. Wouldn't order again from this company.

Very bad quality wood as soft as cheese

Always a risk to order something like this online but found it impossible to find anywhere to look at a range of bunk beds. As it turns out we are really happy with these bunk beds. They weren't too tricky to put up (just time consuming - all the bits were there and instructions easy to follow) and they seem really sturdy which is important to us as they will need to last our daughters for many years to come!
