FINIS Rapid Monofin

El diseño es bueno para el fin al que se le destina, sin embargo, es muy deficiente el sistema de sujección, la plantilla del pie (pese a indicar la talla solicitada), es excesivamente pequeña, el pie se sale con mucha facilidad, obliga a llevar las gomas con un apriete "extremo".No las recomiendo como primera opción de compra.

Firstly the product is excellent, customer service is good and quality is fabulous unfortunately I brought this for my son who has size 10 feet but very wide and they didn’t fit he was extremely upset as autistic.I returned item and refund was extremely fast!

Personally, I was going to use this for freediving in the ocean, but this really isn't a fin for that sort of thing. I returned it as soon as I gave it a test drive at the pool.For what it is, I think it's a decent (definitely bottom of the line) product for recreational pool swimming.1. Biggest complaint: The plastic is very flimsy. (I'm no athlete with powerful legs, either). I'd tried the Finis Trainer I model, thinking it was TOO rigid for me, but this one warps quite unevenly and drastically upon each kick.2. The strap design is very rudimentary. No matter how tight I had it, it still slipped off my heel, and not because I have small feet, but just the action of kicking causes the freely-pivoting strap to gradually fall down the achilles tendon. Also, the strap digs into the skin a little. There are no soft edges.3. Sizing: I wear a women's 10, but I still had to tighten the straps on the very tightest setting, so if you have smaller feet than that, you'll certainly have a problem with the fin staying on. And yes, other reviewers are correct in that this is really made for people with narrow feet. I know this because I have narrow feet and the fit is still very snug. It will definitely fit a large foot, LENGTH-wise, but likely not in its corresponding width.If you're a strong guy with big feet, this fin likely won't fit, and if it does, it will lack the propulsion to match your strength.And as for freediving in open waters (it states you can use it in the ocean), I wouldn't recommend it due to the fact that it slips off the heel (keep in mind it doesn't float), and digs into the heel, making long swims uncomfortable. And of course there is a real lack of propulsion with the flimsy plastic. For open waters, you must absolutely invest more money in a European monofin, as they have been making them longer and they are better quality.

Die Flosse ist genau, was ich mir immer wünschte. Man braucht aber echt einen guten Atem (ich 4 Minuten), um die Flosse nutzen zu können, denn das Tauchen ist so anstrengend, dass man viel Luft verbraucht. Wahrscheinlich wäre ein flexibleres Modell für mich passender gewesen. Ein Defekt des Artikels wurde wie gewünscht ersetzt. Schwimmen and der Oberfläche geht nicht mit der Flosse.

These are very well made and I wanted them to work but they are very narrow. My feet are average and never had a problem buying shoes and I had no problem with the length but unless the max with of your foot is 3 inches (I measured) you will not be able to get your feet in the slots.
