Like everyone else I bought this hotspot because of the price being the cheapest and I didn’t take the time to look closely at the reviews, when it came I set it up as followed in the instructions but once it connected to my phone it would always say “no internet connection” I’ve tried it multiple times, tried changing the password, switching from 2.4 to 5 and different devices which didn’t make a difference. Wouldn’t recommend

Easy to set up. Keep you password available especially you you use more than one device with this item. Price is excellent for a compact powerhouse! Kudos for the developers and excellent price range.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Because the reviews said it works great. But it doesn't... I purchased this and a prepaid card for 180 days for an additional 31.00. It doesn't work. It will not detect and all my devices keeps saying no internet or wifi detected. Returning this and the prepaid card. I spent over an hour on the call with support and watched every YouTube video. This doesn't work .

Doing everything it’s supposed to wasn’t hard to activate at all . Just need to open a T-Mobile account because it’s definitely a T-MOBILE device. To each its own . And you can have more than 25 gigs , you just have to choose that plan. It was worth the purchase and I have no problem using my phone when connected and neither does my daughter. Fast internet and great connection when I’m traveling.

Love it it works wonder on rode trips

I’m gonna try to come back with another one. I’m currently trying to set it up and the only thing I’m trying to connect to. It is the PS4 and it is not working. I can’t even get on the WebUI manager. It’s weird. It’s almost like it’s fraud or something. I don’t know.

I see it’s now $20, wish I definitely got it at this price. There’s about 200gb limit so after it’s gone you’ll have to wait for the next year for it to reset. Then some weird guys email will link their email to your account and probably gather up the information of your data to resell it. Thank God it was just my Xbox 😭 I wish I was being psychotic but this really happened and now I definitely won’t be buying anything from them again. But yes it works…slowly.
