Not really thornproof, but good comfortable gloves
These aren’t what I would call thornproof. While the leather does protect the palms and the tops of the fingers, it doesn’t encase the sides of the fingers, which use fabric instead. If thorns are inconsiderate enough to aim between the fingers, then you get no protection whatsoever. Even so they’re still nice comfortable gloves. I wouldn’t suggest using them for heavy work with thorns and briars, but they’re still quite good for general gardening and weeding. The main advantage to these gloves is the comfort. Because the backs of the hands use fabric instead of leather, they’re slightly more flexible, breathable and easier to slide on and off than gloves made entirely from leather. I find myself reaching for them more than most of my other gloves, simply because they’re more comfortable to wear.

Fit lovely and good quality
Pros- fit is really good- reasonably comfortable- stitching is good- materials are goodCons- a little on the thinner side where its leather but good enough- thumb is a little tight and feels off angled- fingertips are squared offI've tried my fair share of these lower end gloves and these are one of the top gloves I've tried. They're comfortable enough, made well and the material quality is good with a good fit that seems to sit pretty ideally for my medium sized hands. I do have bigger palms than fingers though so those with longer fingers might find them a bit tight. There's a good amount of protection with these for the price and the leather seems fairly decent. Not sure it can handle a long period of daily abuse from things like thorns are the likes around where the leather is thinner but as a general gardening glove? At this price.. they're great in my opinion. If you want proper protection I'd advise some of the thicker full leather gloves but if you want an all rounder, these are pretty good compared to some of them out there. There's a good amount of protection and flexibility in one.The main con I found was that the thumb was slightly off angled and a little tight feeling for me personally. And everything but the thumb and index finger are squared off tips. Making them not great for precision. Hence why I say these are a reasonable glove for general work where you need a good all rounder. Not quite the picking weeds out or planting with precision though.
