I made a mistake and returned this because it has a carrier oil (coconut) and I wanted the full strength. I'm not certain of the Menopause benefits...but just the scent is calming and luscious

I have several different kinds of Edens Garden oils, and this is one of my favorites. It smells very good - kind of woodsy and I can tell there is sage in it. It feels good if applied to the abdomen for cramps too.

I love the way this stuff smells. And I love how it makes me feel.I can say that it is VERY comparable to it's MLM comparison... I've tried both... And I love the price tag on this one better... And it works the same. Smells the same. Good stuff.

It has a nice smell and on it's own, it's fine. The problem is, is that it can't, in any aspect be compared to Doterra's clary calm. I purchased this based on what I read about it being comparable to clary calm. Boy, was I dissapointed.

Not only does this stuff smell wonderful, This stuff works better for me than over the counter pain relievers when needing cramp relief.Do yourself a favor and try it!

It helped slightly but I did try someone else's essential oil blend for stress and it seemed to work much better for cramps, I think it had more peppermint in it. I was just a little disappointed in this

I used to get very bad headaches before my period but after using essential oils from the Edens Garden I don't get headaches anymore.One downside from the product that reduces its rating is that the scent is not strong and I can barely smell it unless I apply a lot.
