I travel for business quite frequently, so when I was invited to a bridal shower and saw luggage on their wish list, I knew this would be perfect for their honeymoon! The set did not disappoint and the happy couple raves about them! Very sturdy, wheels move freely through the different flooring in the airport and the security locks make for peace of mind while traveling.

Awful product; i was dreading having to check this bag in because immediately upon receiving it i noticed it was super cheap. the locks are made of plastic and the bag does not entirely close. alas, i had to check it in ONCE, and already it is scuffed up. compared to my other luggage, this is incredibly cheap. what a disappointment. and Amazon has not been helpful in returning this or providing a refund. this is SUCH a bad product and i urge everyone NOT to buy this. spend extra money on a PROPER luggage.

Most suitcases with locks come with keys. Especially if they have a key lock! This did not. Why? I looked in the box, all tags attached and inside all pockets and zippers inside the suitcase. I like the durability and soft retractable handles, but a key would be nice to reset the lock code.

Paid for this myself, not a free product review. Ordered black color + backpack bundle, but got the gun metal gray... Close enough for me. I have a 12 day Basque trip next week and will update afterwards on durability.Out of the box highlights:- measurements are as advertised, see my photos- spins easily- the shell and frame are very protective, as good or even better quality than $500 brand polycarbonate shells- the zippable divider and pockets are a nice optionNeeds improvement:- the wheels and buckles are plastic as many other reviews have pointed out.- At this price, if it lasts a dozen trips I'll be happy. If not, I'll whine about it here and to LuggexIf you're Luggex reading this, make the buckle and clasp all metal!!! Secondly, redesign a wide track handle for maneuverability and additional internal packing space. Many people would easily consider it still a great value at $160+ USD.Update 11/11: Went on a 12 day trip in Basque. The luggage survived one check in. The plastic buckles held up to being overstuffed and with the help of a luggage bra (lime green strap). We were surprised how smoothly the wheels rolled on cobblestone, old asphalt and gravel, and many irregular surfaces. The carry on size ain't big but rest assured it complies with strict international dimensions, we were never hassled. So far very happy with this tidy luggage. Will update after next trip.

This suitcase is amazing. However, I am not able to use it as I can not reset the lock. I've watched every video, gone step by step, read lots of instructions-and still no luck.Is it possible the locks are defective? I bought a TSA key-and obviously that opens the locks, but I can't risk traveling with it-as I'm afraid the key will go missing.please help!

I’ve got a last second business trip and needed a carry on bag fast. Amazon came through delivering it in just one day. It came this afternoon and was everything I hoped it would be. I checked it out thoroughly and all was well until I tried to set the combinations. One side worked, the other did not and it’s now stuck closed. I even tried going through every single number combination from 000-999 to unlock it. Nada. So, now I don’t have a suitcase and I’m flipping out as it’s 8:40pm and I have to leave tomorrow at 7am. It looks great, finish and features are perfect for what I need…but I need it right now. So close, yet so far. Very, very, very unhappy right now.

The carry-on is great. I love the no zipper feature, although the clasps are plastic. It rolls great. The backpack that came in the set is really just a laptop or tablet bag. The pockets on the sides are useless. Too tight for any size water bottle and designed to hold???
