Cushioning is very comfortable. I have the Upton brown slip on and the black wingtip.Happy with both shoes.

THERE A TWO PIECE SOLE AND THE FRONT TOE PATCH ON THE SOLE STARTED COMING APART A MONTH FTER OWNING THEM. i HAVE BEEN BUYING JOHNSTON MURPHY DRESS SHOES FOR THE PAST 4 YEARS AND THE RUBBER SOLES DONT SEEM TO HOLD UP VERY LONG. I'M A FINANCE MANAGER FOR A CAR DEALERSHIP AND I'M NOT WALKING ON THE CAR LOT EVERYDAY LIKE I USE TO WHEN I WAS SELLING CARS. NOT IMPRESSED SWITCHING TO ECCO TO SEE IF THERE SOLES HOLD UP BETTER AND WEAR LONGER, BECAUSE I'M NOT HARD ON MY SHOES.AS YOU CAN SEE THE SOLES HAVE PLENTY OF LIFE IN THEM, BUT THE MIDDLE OF THE SOLE HAS ALMOST WORE ALL THE WAY THROUGH TO MY SOCKS. WON'T BE BUYING JOHNSTON MURPHYS AGAIN UNLESS SOMETHING CHANGES IN THERE SOLES AND THE MATERIAL THEY USE.YOU CAN LOOK AT MY HISTORY AND SEE HOW MANY PAIR I HAVE BOUGHT AND I TURNED MY SALES MANGER ON TO THEM ALSO.

These shoes were bought Sept 22, 2022 and look at them. I bought these for my son in law, who is an accountant, so he dosent walk that far. We even got a half a size bigger to make sure they fit. I think I should be refunded or at the very least offered a new pair. These were $155.00 shoes. He has had these shoes before and they last for years. I am wondering if these were a knock off.

For the money spent expected these shoes to last longer than 4 months.
