Excellent and blowing many other IEMS out in the Soundquality...the price is unbelievable.
Wow. I have heard many other reviews on headfi about this pair. I am one of the member who love to collect cheap to midrange pricing headphones, especially In ear. I overlooked this pair with the dirt cheap price, and the brand unheard of. I have to say that I apologize for that. I pulled the trigger. After all it was priced as cheap as two cup of Starbucks .Build quality. For under 10$ including shipping ? I have never seen a quality cord like this. Slim, yet very rigid, and twisted plastic cell to give it even more rigid feeling. 90 degree plug, yup exactly. Light weight, you don't feel the cord pulling on your ears at all. The twisted plastic minimize all the sound which may comes from the cord touching your clothes when you move around. Do give it a good clip though. Quality wood cell, different tips, hard zipping case. Build quality is as much as 50-100 pairs.Sound quality.Details. Yeah there are many details and extensions that I was not picking up with other pairs from 50-150$.Low. Very quality bass. Tight, punchy, warm, yet not bleeding into other ranges. The separations are excellentMid. Very quality mid, vocals stand out the way it is, and while other instruments stand out clearly and separately, nothing is mixed together in the mid range, and mods are where all the music are dancing.High. Excelent extension, clear details, absolutely awesome separation. Highs won't be with much sibilants as many other pair of IEMS. I wouldn't say that I am high sensitive, but I dislike and or hate anything with sibilants. It kills the high range in a horrible way. This is just perfect in this category. The best thing about this pair is the separation, excellent highs, which gives details to the music ways more than many other pair of headphones. The tight and punchy bass, speeration, and quality highs, these give the pair the most excellent mid range. I have to say that I love it. It is the most bang for the buck, and mind blowingly good.It is such a shame to see this much quality is being sold for 10$. If in anyway I could, I would give this pair a removable cord, microphone, remote control, and brand it Beats by Dre, or Bose, or Monster, and happily sell it at 400$ each...easily.This pair is with low impedance, and is excellent for any phones and smartphones. One thing to take seriously in order to enjoy the quality music of this headphones would be the seal, the tips. I found out that if I purchase comply foam tips from Amazon or RadioShack, it would fit perfectly, and give the most quality for this headphones. This headphones sound horrible and like trash without a good tips, and seals. Do take this seriously, and enjoy your pairs.

Nice headphones
I bought these to replace a set of RHA m350 headphones which I was somewhat disappointed with. The cost is the same. I do like some bass with my music, which the RHA's did not have plus I could not keep them in my ears with the supplied silicon earpieces. They sit on the shelf now, a testament to a failed purchase. The reviews were all good for these ear buds so I figured I would take a chance. I got good delivery, being a Prime member. Out of the box, the first thing I noticed was that there was no User Guide but I figured, heck, it's only a pair of ear buds. The next thing I noticed was that there were ear hooks and I really appreciated that. I want to wear these when exercising but, with no User Guide, it's not real obvious how to connect them. Easy to fix - just go to the website on the box for support. The website is [...] Tilt! There is no website by that URL. Bummer. On to the ear buds. The package came with many silicon inserts and through trial and error, I finally found some that would work with my ears. This is most important as I have found there is a huge difference in sound when the right inserts are used. I was impressed with the sound from the git go. Remember, these are $40 ear buds and the sound, to my ears, is pretty good for $40. I assume like most ear buds, they will need to be "burned in" although there are plenty of arguments around that contradict that ear buds must be "burned in". Again, I don't know what the manufacturer recommends since there was no User Guide. I'll give it a try though. Bottom line is that these ear buds have good sound for the price. Stellar? I wouldn't call it that. Quite good - yeah, I would call it that. And there is bass, not killer sub-woofer bass but enough to make the music sound good. Mids are decent and clear with no distortion. Overall, I'm satisfied with the product out of the box except for some of the "amenities" that weren't there (User Guide, Website, and support). Now if I can just figure out how to connect the ear hooks????PS..I'm sure someone is going to say, why didn't you just purchase some Comply earphone tips for the RHA? I did and finally could keep them in my ears. Then I compared the two with the same music. In my opinion and for my preference, the RHA sound still wasn't as good as the Sound Soul.Update 1/26/2013 Had these for a while now. The sound is quite good. They do tend to tangle a bit but there are not many ear buds that do not. Satisfied with my purchase. Would recommend them to other folks. Finally figured out how to use the ear hooks. Never did get a User's Guide from the Seller as promised. There was none in the package.

First pair sounded better...
The first pair gave impressively rich bass while not drowning out highs and mids but I ended up losing them. The second pair I got doesn't seem as full sound wise therefore I am iffy when it comes to whether they are worth the money even at the affordable price Amazon has them at now. Perhaps I simply got a defective pair. They are solidly built and have a nice carrying case. The glossy thick cord reminds me of the Klipsch S4 I had a couple years back and they also have the same problem. When something taps even lightly on the cord, the sound can reverberate all the way up to the buds and your ears, it can be annoying if you are deeply into your music or have it at a low volume. The cheaper import wooden earbuds by Awei are better than these, though they don't come with a case or pouch; they have a woven material over the cords that I haven't had a problem with yet. Rosewill is another affordable wood headphone brand made with actual rosewood. For a little more $ on ebay, you can get some true hi-fi wooden earbuds like the German brand Xears and English brand Jivo, both have stellar reviews.1st pairSound quality 8.5Build 72nd pairSound quality 7Build quality 7

Totally Value for money
I knew about this product, and I was pleasantly surprised when I saw in deals, and at a very attractive price, I bought it, probably got a last piece, then.SoundSOUL S-018 with wooden housing are really great performance earphones, very much clarity of sound with good amount of detail. my source is Dell Inspiron and OnePlus One for listening to music. These phones are very much comfortable in ear, and fit it very nice with applied tips, other sizes are available and also double flange tips provided. A shirt clip n good simple case is part of the package. Cable could be tangle prone, but I am ok with it.I would recommend for a great music listening experience :)
