Allegro Sonic Electric Toothbrush with Portable Travel UV Sanitizer&Drying Cup Kit, Pearl White, AL-011

I have had my electronic toothbrush for years. I couldn't convince my husband he should also have one. I bought this one and gave it for Christmas. He now loves it and also loves how easy it is to travel.

This is much different than the Oral-B I replaced. It leaves my sensitive gums very happy using the gentle mode on the gum-line after brush mode. My complaint is that the brush doesn't really affix to the battery handle. It sits lose. This allows it to move about inside the mouth, but I don't understand why it can't snap in and use a round connector to allow this movement. The brush has fallen on the ground multiple times and I'm sure I'm not the only one with a few reasons picking it up off the ground is no easy task for! It's not exactly asy to hold on to it the entire time you are brushing either. It just feels so cheap and laughable when using it.

First one worked for 11 months and then stopped working. Company sent a replacement and that one stopped working after 2 months. Loved the product while it worked but would not recommed do to reliability.

This is the quietest toothbrush ever! It is very gentle on the gums and I needed that. I bought it for the built in cleaning light. But it doesn’t turn on independent of the usb plug even after the base has been charged.

Stopped working after 1 week. Wouldn't turn on. Go with a better known brand. I let the fancy UV sanitizer intice me to purchase this. It lit up purple inside and may have had some sanitizing effect, but I doubt it was strong. Comes with lots of pieces to deal with and the encasement was cumbersome to deal with because you have to remove the brush head to close it.

I really love the design! Make everything together. It is easy to carry! The battery can last for at least 3 weeks. I even want to throw my Philips toothbrush😄

This brush for cleaning purposes definitely fits the bill. However, there are some minor issues.For one, it gets really really hot. The base doesn't stop charging. Although they reassured me that the battery is fine and it won't overcharge, if you leave this in the base overnight it will get really hot in the morning or over time. It would be nice that the charge completely turns off over time like other brushes do with their handles. Seeing as the UV/drying portion turns off, I would think it would apply to the whole base.Also, from time to time it will start in the massage mode and will require multiple on/offs to get it back to Normal mode.It would be nice that the cover for the brush head insert and the plastic cover for the bristles was attached or had someplace to go in the base. When you have the brush head in the UV unit, then these two pieces are just laying there beside the unit ready to get lost one day. And if you have the brush head on the handle, you no longer can use the clear cover either (Not a big deal, but when you travel you need to put the clear cover on. And if the clear cover is on, the brush head is in the UV insert. Which means the rubber cover and plastic head casing are now just sitting outside the unit)Otherwise, it is a nice looking toothbrush, and great to travel with. I got some compliments about how nice it looked. Give it a shot, but know that it can def use some imporovements
