I was really hopeful for these but they don’t dissolve easily which causes me to get intense cramping that lasts all day when using them. Tried it twice and the same thing happened. But after taking an Evvy vaginal microbiome test, I saw there has been more variety of protective bacteria so it’s effective in that regard. Not worth the additional cramping so I’ll be looking for other options. Maybe I’ll try this brand’s boric acid.

Did the job intended to do but does leave a residue. The company is wonderful. Highly recommend.

These capsules are too thick to dissolve even if you insert a little moisturizer with it. I have to take them apart and mix them in an applicator with moisturizer in order to get any benefits from it. I tested the shell by running it under warm water and rubbing it and it still took a long time to partially dissolve in my fingers under the running water.

Very pleased it is multi strains of good bacteria. You won't be disappointed giving this a try. Good ingredients. Wholesome product by a good Doctor.

Bought this to treat bc naturally. Product doesn’t dissolve well at all, I ran water on the suppository first to soften the outside then insert it but you’ll need to have a very wet vagina to have it mix with your mucus and do what it needs to do but if you have bv it may not be that wet down there, so I’d open it and mix with with coconut oil and I still had bv based on the smell unfortunately and I’ve used it consistently every night for 4-5 days in a row :/. Going to try to use antibiotics again to clear bv and then follow up with this to see if it works, already used half the container now with no luck but I guess I just have a bad bout of bv this time

Improved my symptoms and work well.
