I rarely review things, but I've had hyperpigmentation that literally nothing would reduce. I've tried a lot of things. Vitamin C, various other creams ointments etc, nothing worked. I had almost resigned myself to having permanent dark spots. I tried this, and it actually worked! But be patient, it can take a number of weeks to get there. The only downside is the quantity, it's quite little. I'd prefer a 100ml tube or whatnot. But this will do!

It does work definitely but you have to have patience because it does take time to reuse the product most likely you're going to have to reuse it more than five times I mean this is what my 4th of 5th purchase of this product it works because when you apply it at night or in the evening or whenever but when I wake up the next morning I can see a difference it's just like a shade lighter so you just keep going but the only downside really is the fact that we have to use it so many times which means we'd have to purchase it many times because they only put just so much for like if you want to apply it to your arms and legs and chest you're only going to be able to use it maybe up to seven times by then you need a new tube so that's why I gave it a four if it was bigger and had contain more of the cream I would have gave it a five because I would have eliminated the purchase quantity and how often to achieve what you want. But it does work just be realistic and understand that the dark spots are not going to go away in a day. For me it's skin damage over many decades so you have to think you're reversing that how much time that may take to be honest it's kind of taking a little bit too long but no long enough for me to stop I can tolerate it I just would recommend the sellers if they can somehow contact the company hahaha I don't know how to do that but patients are requesting for larger amount of cream for the patients to access maybe larger tubes. But thank you for having it in the first place.

Works good and is not too irritating

Item is as expected. Don't count on time or projected Delivery dates. My delivery was weeks delayed. I am looking elsewhere for my next shipment. Rating for shipping, not product.

Effective but expensive

I purchased this to treat kp on my arms. I would say that it is doing a fine job but I have already ran out. The cream is odorless and dries down without any sticky residue. I would have purchased again if it was a better value for the amount you get; the price is a bit high. I am going through my dermatologist now to get a 15% tube that is 4x the size for the same price.
