Great product and handy for those assisting seniors on the toilet
Things you didn’t realize you needed and were living without.. a heated toilet seat. Not only does it have that but also supplies warm water with two separate cleaning nozzles to clean different parts of your undercarriage. It has two different heat settings for the water and heated seat. It also beeps when you sit down and get up, I guess to activate and alert the mechanisms. My husband doesn’t like that but it doesn’t bother me. The unit replaces your existing toilet seat and easily assemblies in its place. Comes with a template for alignment then the unit slides right on the bracket and locks into place. There is also a release button to remove the entire seat for easy cleaning. The water supply hose hooks right up to your existing supply. The seat is electric so you will need an outlet nearby. I purchased a flatline plug so I could run it behind the vanity. Overall I think it took about 45 minutes to an hour to install. Mostly because we were working in a tight area and my husband had a problem getting one of the bracket screws through the existing hole in the toilet but with a little grease and coaxing got it to slide in. The unit also has a blow dryer but I feel this is too weak and just pat myself dry with toilet paper. It does come with little towels for that but I don’t use them. It also has a nightlight. The lid closes slowly. I’ve had the seat for about 4 months now and I really like it. I highly recommend it for the ladies as I wish I would’ve had something like this in my younger years. Plus those who have to assist seniors on the toilet this would have helped so much with cleaning them up instead of just trying to use toilet paper or wipes. Personally, I think it was worth the money and is a good product.

Just right
For those who have trouble with the seat cover not staying open, we readjusted the catch plate to move it as far forward as possible thereby allowing more space between the back of the bidet and the toilet tank. this allowed the seat cover to rest back at a better angle and it stopped falling forward.Overall, I love this bidet. The heated water, heated seat, and light are all I need and this one functions consistently as expected. Plus, when you look at the toilet, you can hardly tell it's a bidet. No clumsy fixtures, just a simple way to turn it on and off. I also like the reassurance that the self cleaning function rinses the nozzles before each use.

Great Investment!
I was very apprehensive about buying and installing an electric bidet seat but now I’m so glad that I did. The seat has a very high quality build. It was extremely easy to install, taking less than 20 minutes total and not a single leak. The slim design is perfect, very understated. The feature set is excellent including a heated seat, warm water and air dryer and night light. I’ll definitely be buying another for my guest bath. It’s an excellent value for the price.

Functions Well - Some Minor Quirks
Bidet functions well and has many features. It’s my first bidet, so not sure how it compares. Occasionally you have to stop it after it starts due to a cold and low pressure stream. And resetting it solves the issue. I find the stream a little odd. Heated seat is great and comfortable, easy to install, nightlight is nice, and automatic lid is great. Lots of features and adjustments with remote.

inconsistent piece of junk - stopped working properly after 6 months. dont use this brand
**** 01/13/25 UPDATE ***updating to 1star. the bidet works 50% of the time. i have to click "auto" 50% of the time, to get it activated, or increase the pressure, or bring out the nozzle more to make it work. it works less than 50% off the time on the first try. i bought it on prime day while "on sale" at around 600usd. on sale fro 800 usd. and now just shows 594usd. what a scam piece of junk. wouldnt recommend this brand.OLD:Its very nice product, with a lot of features, but the remote is unnecessarily hugeInstallation instruction could be improved. There are washers provided with screws but no mention of it.The template for install is nice, but gotta be careful upon install and make sure you offset enough to avoid the seat from getting hit against the tank that holds the water.i had to adjust a few times, but when i finally turned it on, the searts open good enough but still hit the water tank despite the offset i put in, so i have to put a towel to avoid from having it banging and making noice especially for middle of the nightThe seats automatically opens when you walk in front of it but i dont think it auto closesthe remote doesnt need to be this big. its massive, and having to flip it back and forth for various settings, or mistakenly clicking the wrong button on opposite sideThe bondell remote is much better and will probably end up getting that one for my spare bathroomthey include a spare toilet line in case you have a pipe one, which is nice, could have prevented me from buying an extra one.would be 5 stars if remote wasnt as huge, and the instructions a bit clearer. the seat seems to be leaving a lot of smudges as well which doesnt seem to be a problem with the brondell brand one.wish the inside light could be changed to white or blue, currently the one i have seems to only be white.also if there was 2 users it would be cool especially with a remote that sizethere is an auto button on the side which i havent tried yet, but could be more precise in the instruction

Worth the investment
I’ll be honest at first I didn’t like the toilet seat because when you sat on it and got off, it would beep several times. Very annoying. I still liked it, so I decided to keep it, even though the annoying beep, the nightlight is fantastic, the heated seat is phenomenal, water pressure is just right, easy to use and functions well. Then I decided to do some research, I’m a bit tech savvy, so I’ve decided to disable the beeper possibly, I went on YouTube and watched the video that looked very involved, and I didn’t really feel like dealing with it that much, then I started doing research, and I found a guy that said how to turn it off, so I thought hey I’ll give it a try, sure enough it worked, now no beep 🙂 so now it’s excellent. 🙌🏻
