Good Quality Workout Station
I ordered this Exer Tower by Lifeline Fitness to expand my home gym. This was very easy to put together and it’s fairly easy to reposition during a workout. It’s very nice that no tools are required for assembly. The frame is sturdy and a solid construction, it is made out of powder-coated steel and the levers and connectors are a heavy-duty PVC / Plastic. If you take it apart every time you workout the pieces don’t take up much space but who wants to take it apart every time you workout? I tend to leave it assembled after a workout so it does take up some space in my gym.I don’t use this as frequently as I thought I would. The versatility and the ability to do a lot of the exercises that my trainer has me doing just isn’t there. I can do other exercises on my own but I find this just isn’t my go-to choice. I’ve had this workout station for several weeks as I wanted to give a real assessment of its value due to its cost. It’s a good quality unit, the assembly is easy and for many people the workouts with the unit may be more in-sync with it than my are. For me this workout station is 3/5 stars.

Not a bad all in one workout station
I think this a a nicely put together workout station that you can do alot of body exercises with and more. It's really well made and can handle my weight well as I'm over 200lbs. My only issue would be the set price for this all in one station is pretty high. I got a whole squat rack with multiple set ups in my house that I can do all exercises on that cost less than this. Just not much there in my opinion to justify a hefty price like that. Other than that the machine is well made and is convenient for people who don't want to use weights or have some bulky equipment in their home. You can definitely do just about all your bodyweight exercises and stuff on this machine. It's a perfect fit for the person who likes doing bodyweight exercises and such.

Versatile and Sturdy.
3.0 out of 5 stars. This isn’t a bad rating. It just means that it’s an average product. If you’re limited on space and just want to conduct body conditioning, then this might be a great product for you. But, you’re a novice and above, there are better options on Amazon. There are a few things that I like about this product. I love the fact that assembly doesn’t require tools and that you can easily disassemble the body for storage when not in use. I also like that it’s pretty sturdy.I dropped it 2 stars because I don’t believe that the value is there. I have an entry level power rack that is similarly priced, that’s is more versatile, has more than double the weight capacity and allows you to perform full squats and pull ups. If this product was around the $150 range, I’d give it a 5 star rating but as it stands, the value just isn’t there.

A very nice medium pull up bar to have.
I've been wanting to get a medium sized pull up bar for a good long while now. They didn't seem to make much in this department till just recently. The medium sized bar is great for practicing the slow muscle ups, straight bar dips, and holds like the front and back levers. Plus, there is all sorts of other great exercises that a medium bar provides. This one here is like a combo pack of a medium bar, then an adjustable middle bar. Which works really nicely for progressive bodyweight rows, tricep presses, under bar curls and other calisthenic movements. It adjusts quickly and safetly like a Smith Machine bar. Very solid and feels great. There's a pad on the bar, that isn't too bad but it does rotate a bit. But it can also be removed if this becomes a problem. The unit also has a third mode with some bar pin racks. But other than so light floor presses, I can't imagine too much use for these with my workouts. Though the pin racks are of a super solid quality. Now the only conundrum I find with the setup, is that I have to choose between having that middle bar in it or not. The middle bar is great for adjustable rows and presses. But is always in the way if I want ro to use the top bar for slow muscle ups, holds and dips. It can be changed in and out by taking out the two top hand screws and then just popping the top bar off. But I feel I wouldn't want to do that too much. So, I've opted for taking out the middle bar and keeping it as a medium pull up bar station. If I feel like changing mind for a bit, I can always switch in the middle bar. Same goes if I need to break this down to get it out of the way. It's just 4 hand cranked screws. You wouldn't want to do that often but if you needed to store the unit for a moment at least it will break down in just a couple of minutes. All and all, it's a fantastic bar in whichever mode you choose. Both bars feel great on the hands and definitely compliment a pull up bar and dip station for the ultimate calisthenics workouts. The top bar especially just has a nice thick grip to it. And it is quite sturdy on the ground. I can spin and rotate around the bar with almost no tipping. I do wish that middle bar could be put on and off at a moments notice, so I could use those type of exercises then take it off and have full access to the top bar. But oh well. It's still amazing for that medium bar workout.
