RUNDERWEAR Anti Blister Low-Rise Running Socks | Breathable, Anti-Blister Performance Socks

I've been having trouble with blisters on the arches of my feet, which has made half marathon training very uncomfortable! After experimenting with a few solutions, I've finally cracked it with these. The inner lining is a fine fabric which fits closely to my foot, and the outer skin is thicker to provide cushioning. The two skins move separately to reduce friction. The double skin does make the whole sock thicker, but it didn't take long to adjust. I have small feet (size 3/3.5) but the fit has been absolutely fine.While the old blisters were healing, I tried combining these socks with blister plasters - mistake! The inner lining got caught under the edge of the plasters and made everything worse. It turns out a thin coating of Vaseline over the blister, plus these socks, works much better (and washes out fine). I've had no issues running 12 miles, even with tender arches.

Bought these socks as I keep getting blisters on the balls of my feet when doing aerobic dancing...they are fantastic! They are thicker than I expected and my feet got quite sweaty, but no soreness at all. I usually get sore feet every session. I wasn't expecting such a good performance and would definitely recommend.

I don't usually have a problem with blisters but I bought these socks because my new running shoes gave me my first blister in years. I basically had the choice of buying another new pair of shoes or trying some anti-blister socks so after a bit of research I got these. They solved my blister problem but I just think they are a little bit expensive hence only 4 stars. That said they were much cheaper than a replacement pair of shoes!

The best running socks i have ever owned.Purchased one pair to start with then after using them for about 4 weeks have purchased another 3 pairs.Extremely comfortable & no problems at all with them.

These sock are a quality product, but are a bit on the small side - even the extra large ones. They're very comfortable, but sometime slip down when I'm running. I've size 12 feet, looking at the picture the blue tab at the top just comes up an inch from the base of my foot, not up to my ankle.

Have worn these for 1 marathon, 1 half marathon, 2 10ks and numerous training runs and am very very happy. They have two layers which has prevented me from gettin any blisters so far. I usually suffer with them running longer distances in my old Adidas Climacool trainers. Very happy and have not worn either so they have alot more life in them than you may think.

I have other brands of twin skin socks but read the good reviews for these socks and thought I would try them. I have worn them for the first time this evening for an 8 mile walk. I found I had a lot of movement around my heal (not normal in my trainers and never happened with my other twin skin socks), I got home and have a blister on each heal - not impressed and won't be wearing them again for walking, very disappointing.

Endlich keine Blasen mehr nach dem Laufen. Diese Socke ist einfach super!!! Den einen Punktabzug habe ich gegeben weil sie ziemlich klein ausfallen. Ich werde sie das nächste mal eine Nummer größer bestellen.
