Not their best
After an read of their astonishing Kyoto book, I found the Milan guide disappointing.I have visited and worked in Milan for two decades and thought the reviewer needed to spend more time on the back streets, along the canals and in the tiny bars you find almost by chance in this fascinating city. The hidden villas, behind gates are where the wealth of this place lies and where, if you are lucky, they will open to reveal a cultured and cultivated side of Milan. Its still good but could do better as my teachers used to say!

Milan-easy
Helped to make my trip to Milan utterly memorable. Milan is a must abd this helps you freestyle. The Navigli area especially the Mag Caffe is an essential experience. Leave a tip and see what happens.

Great Guide!
This is an excellent guide which gives a good introduction to Milan as a city and some great tips on places to eat, things to see and do. We took the guide on a recent trip and were pleased to find ourselves exploring places both on and off the beaten track which gave a real taste of Milanese life.My one criticism of the guide is that it seems deliberately designed to ignore the less cosmetically pleasant parts of Milan, which might give you a shock if you are expecting a sort of modern Italy. There are deliberately few images of the outside of the city buildings, which could be very misleading.
