Pinchless is key!!
I’ve been shopping around for this bit for awhile now & it’s even better than I anticipated. My colt loves it. Thank you!

start horses and work problem horses and START or RESTART all my horses in these and haven't found one who doesn't like it
for the price you can't beat it, fits well, wears well, and looks sharp too...start horses and work problem horses and START or RESTART all my horses in these and haven't found one who doesn't like it

A nice bit to gain some lightness
I bought this to lighten up a western pleasure Arab's front end. I think she enjoyed the swiveling joint. made it more comfortable for her even though she was kind of going through boot camp with it. I would not use it everyday for her, but It could be a nice bit for a horse on no contact ... like a trail horse who you may need to suddenly take contact that isnt passive like a big huge eggbutt snaffle.

Not worth the $$$
Rusted so bad that the "pinch less" part doesn't even swivel anymore already... I've only had this bit less than a year... and we don't even use it all that much. My horse also doesn't slobber all that much either I wasn't all that impressed. I will try cooking oil or something maybe to oil it up to make it a pinch less again but you're better off spending more money elsewhere

Great Bit!
We started using Robart pinchless bits several years ago, will never use another snaffle style again! These are great! And come in many styles

Nice concept but......
My horse loves this bit but unfortunately the center (ball bearing) part seizes up with use. I oil it which helps but it will not go back to the way it was new.
