First one did not charge BUT the a new was sent to replace the not working one.
I tried to charge my iphone 12 pro max with the usb c connection and it did not charge instead it lost power.UPDATELUMOPAL service was very quick in responding to my concern and send me the new gray panel that is supposed to work better under lower sun conditions. I admire companies that care enough about their customers to quickly solve the problems that a product might have. All companies no matter what brand, new or stablished, will occasionally have problems with a product, specially those made in production lines. What really counts is their determination to keep the buyers happy.I have not tried the new panel yet, I got it today but I will review soon. In the mean time I am giving this review 5 stars for the excellent customer service.

Great for what it is.
Great unit. Only 4 stars because it doesn’t come close to 60 w as advertised. On my ecoflow delta 3, the max I can get this to charge is about 35-38 w. Usually charges consistently around 30.

Everything I needed to power a portable power bank for camping off grid
I just got this item today and haven't used it in the field yet, so I may have to update my review based on real-world use, BUT, as far as I can tell, it's going to work perfectly for what I need. I spent a lot of time trying to find a set of solar panels that were compatible with the power pack I wanted (same type of input/output) and I was pleasantly surprised to find that this one came with multiple types of adapters.I purchased this power bank (link below) and was afraid I'd have to buy more cables or adapters to get it to work but it came with everything. Right now, these solar panels are outside charging the power bank so I can see how long it takes.https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B286D2V7?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1If you're trying to power small electronics while camping off-grid, not only can you do it straight from these panels (it has USB and USB-C outputs so you can go directly to your phone) but it also has the compatible DC cable needed to plug it into a larger power bank.

Not a powerful solar panel, read before you buy
Pros:1.a real solar panel supports 20w+ usb c pd charging. The max power I see is 35w on a full sunny day with usb c charging.2. Very compact designCons:1. This is only 60% size of a regular 60w panel. looks like two 21w portable panel tie together. I never see it runs more than 40w, with pd charging, even thought it advertise a 60w pd.2. I usually get 24 to 28w in the morning. In fact this is not so fast compare to a 30w panel which usually provides 18w pd charging. And this product is a lot more expensive than a 30w panel.3. The panel is long and has not stand makes it's hard to face to the sun. I think the best scenario is to tie on your bag and it faster than a portable 20w or 30w panel. Conclusion: if you want a ultra portable panel and charge your phone, yes. But for power station, for the same money you can buy a 60w or 100w foldable which is a lot bigger but more potential. The 60w rated is more like a experimental value.

Using it to charge a portable battery, very good!
Usually charges at around 35-45w with good sunlight on USB C port or 30-35w on DC, very nice to have around for charging things during blackouts and my 100WH portable battery! It also folds nicely into a small package almost like a notebook! Very handy!

Misleading
Only produced 5W out of the advertised 60W they claim in certain places the 60 watt was under a tested environment but it can't even reach half of what it should be able to get to on a sunny cloudless day this is a scam or unfinished/rushed product

Update:Looks like a panel was damaged or not working correctly. Support sent a gray version and even in evening sunlight (in the Midwest in early September - lower light intensity), I was able to get 39-40 watts consistently. Happy with the unit and looking forward to having this with my battery bank when I go camping!—Put it in max sunlight, angled perfectly to the sun and only got 28 watts max charging the jackery 290 power bank. Even with slight shade it dropped to 5-10 watts. I planned to use this while camping but if even slight shade turns it into a temporary brick, I might need to find a better solution. The positive is the usb plugs work well and they seem to handle better in low light (since they take a much lower voltage it makes sense). It packs up very smartly and easy to get setup. Just wished for more like 45-50 watts from it.
