Well made and proper fit
This is a decent part for a common after market mod. The part is well made and the maching is well executed. Change up your 7.3. Recommended and a good price too.

Fits great as a replacement pedistal without the EBPV in use or hooked up
I had my pedestal oil control valve go out many years ago on my truck and I removed it and plugged it. I also gutted the EBPV insides and plugged the shaft holes also. This has worked well for many years but I wanted to get an actual EBPV delete exhaust housing and pedestal that is made for the delete with no plugs or backyard fixes like I had. This pedestal and exhaust housing is a direct fir with all included orings to mount it and the turbo to the the top. Made well from what I can see and is comparable to others on the market but at a better price point.

Orings are crap
Oil leaks from the brand new pedestal. Has to be the great orings that came with it Wish I didn’t take so long to install because I’d return it. Do yourself a favor. Don’t buy this. Get motorcraft o rings

It works as it should.
First thing first, the oil gallery plug in the back was not sealed at all and loose, causing a leak. It also seemed to not be tapered like normal NPT plugs. I installed an 1/8npt plug that I had in my toolbox, so not leaking anymore. May have been a metric vs SAE difference, I don't know. It's SAE now, LOL.Second thing is for Van owners. There is no bolt holes in this base to attach the factory heatshield. You will need to fabricate new mounting brackets.
