This stuff does what it says I can see a bit of an increase in muscle mass even just after 2 weeks of use. I only use the half serving and am by no means a body builder but I have seen a noticeable improvement in my energy levels and recovery times while using this as a post workout shake. I do however find that I need a second protein powder to go along with this so I'm not packing on any unnecessary calories to keep off the excess fat by increasing my caloric intake to levels I don't really need. For a post workout shake and to help hit my daily calorie goals this stuff has helped me a ton.So, all in all definitely think its a great product so far, if my opinion changes I'll change my review as well.

Good quality, taste can be better. Used it for a month . I have obtained gains using these and I have now order its cousin to see how well it works

Effectiveness was ok.

The chocolate fudge brownie version is so tasty. I use a mixer bottle to mix, and have one every day after my job which requires tons of physical labor. I can definitely tell a difference with weight and more importantly (in my opinion), how "healed up" I feel the very next day. It definitely aids with muscle growth and recovery. I'd recommend it to anyone with high metabolisms who struggle to put on pounds and want to feel ready physically to get the job done. Grocery store stockers, construction and factory workers... I'm looking at you. Great product. 👍

I like this very well, being the 1st time I've tried this brand. *My local brand at the wallie world went from $32 to $48 in just the last 4 months.. so I decided to try something different. So far, I'd give it a solid 95% and only because I like a more chocolate taste, however nothing at all wrong with this product. I'd highly recommend it. I purchased 2 at one time.. and it's a great value for me.. Thanks.

So I have been trying this one for two weeks( I normally used carnivor mass protein) but this one is alittle cheaper and had more calories and I’m currently bulking. This company is known well in the industry so I figured I try this one.Pro:- a lot of calories and bcaas- it has creatine which is great for recovery and bulking- price( it’s a good bang for your buck )- it’s very little in sugar which is great because alot of mass builders are loaded with sugars.Con:- serving size( there’s Noooo way you can take the recommended 6 scoops at once.) I tried taking 3 at once with milk and it does not dissolve good at all. I decided to take two times a day with two scoops each instead this dissolved much better and made me less groggy and bloated.- even two scoops for me it made me feel full and bloated. I do not have this experience with the other mass protein I take.- the taste is horrible! This thing is ridiculous rich and sweet in flavor I have to wash it down with something after cause I feel nauseated and I can’t get the flavor off.Overall it’s not a bad product it does what it’s suppose to do but I just can’t get past the damn sweet flavor it has. After I’m done with this container I will either look at the other flavor or just go back to using my other mass builder but I definitely don’t recommend this one to anyone who is so sensitive to sweet things because this will make you feel nauseated badly.

I read many reviews showing damage to this giant bucket. But ours was delivered perfectly. And my Amazon driver even set the box inside my door for me since I am unable to lift.We’d purchased it in the smaller user friendly tub to make sure we liked it. My son loves it so I went to reorder and found that it wasn’t available in prime at the smaller size but I could order this monster for less and get more product! It’s a no brainer. I don’t mind the looks and jokes regarding the bucket size lol

This product is god awful. I was using the GNC branded bulk 1340 chocolate flavor originally but I decided to try another brand. This is by far the most wrenching and gag inducing shake I've ever had. I bought the vanilla flavor and it tastes like really thick medicine. I wasn't even doing the full 6 scoop serving size, I was doing a 2 scoop serving size with a decent amount of water. Save your money and get the GNC's bulk 1340, its way more bang for your buck.
