No more sharp pain in my wrist.
I love this pad. I no longer get the pain in my wrist from being on my computer for long periods of time. It supports my wrist, great quality, it's awesome.

I hate to write bad reviews
I hate to write bad reviews, but I figure I should warn people to not make the same mistake. This thing is so light and flimsy, a light wind could blow it off your desk. Mine came warped so it doesn't even lay flat on my desk. It's says "light weight" but those words can be interpreted a number of ways. This thing has like no weight to it. It doesn't lie flat or even stay in place. Def not worth $8! I will be sending it back... waste of time...

Find another and search for higher quality
it's quality is that of promotional material that pharma reps would drop off during their visits. The foam support is equivalent to a wrist watch band in regards to support and lift.
