I was gonna get this bracelet for my friends birthday because I thought it was really cute, I literally just received it today by mail and when I opened it, it looked super cheap, there was FINGERPRINTS on the back of the heart, it was all scratched up on the back of the heart, the little pink heart was also scratched up, the back of the heart looked dirty ( I didn't touch the back and my hands were clean), the bracelet part looks rose gold which doesn't match with the SILVER heart, it looks used AND it came with a red bead that clearly doesn't match?
