Exposed piston
I knew they didn’t have upper covers on the piston section when I purchased them but, I will be interested to see their shelf life when they are constantly covered in mud and exposed to salt water etc. My Jeep Grande has the shock mounts (from factory) situated where the tires constantly spray dirt on them. So far so good, and definitely like the ride. We will see.
