Good product with incorrect description
Absolutely incorrect product description, even instruction which comes with flashlight has wrong info. But as for me it appered better than it is in description.This flashlight charges through USB-C. It has only 3 modes: strong light, low light, strobe.It advertised as cat ringworm detector, but 365nm works perfect with cash.I can't tell about reliable, hope it will last long.

Bad battery
The battery will not take a charge. Additionally the charging cable provided is the wrong type. But even with the a usb-c charger, the flashlight is useless.
