Good Product

Bought as a replacement for a charger that stopped working. It works great for my hearing aids (Starkey)

I had already written in a review, but it seemed to have disappeared. I say deceptive Sales because the seller does not point out that this charger does not work for all model of Starkey, only some of them. It did not work for mine. In addition, there was no manual at all. The place where the manual is supposed to be was completely empty to me shipment. I will be returning this and I’m very disappointed.

Exactly as expected

I’ve been wearing Starkey Livio 2400 hearing aids for 2 years, and while traveling last week, I left my charger in the hotel when I checked out.Didn’t even realize it until I went to place the hearing aids in to charge that night. Of course the hotel didn’t have a clue, called them again the next morning and no luck. I found this replacement charger on Amazon and ordered it right away, and even though I waited a few days, it came a day early! My only complaint is the USB plug was no good but I had a better one that worked perfectly. Also, no desiccant disc was in the box either and it was supposed to be included. Anyway, the charger was fully charged within 3 hours, so I put the hearing aids in and they fully charged in 4 hours, from no charge at all for 3 days. So, it worked perfectly! It only fits some Starkey Brands, no others. Would have given 5 stars but for theCheesy USB plug.

I have Starkey Evolv AI hearing aids, so they are compatible with this charger. The charger came without the dehumidifier disk which is included, per description. The small product info booklet was missing from the booklet holder. The left hearing aid charging LED did not light when I placed the hearing aid in the charger, and as suspected, this thing did not charge the left hearing aid. Based on a similar previous review, I believe this seller sent me a defective charger that someone else had returned ! Giving 2 stars to be nice, as it did charge the right hearing aid. Returned it the day after I got it, and not buying another through Amazon due to their 30 day return policy. Good thing my audiolgist hearing aid office had a loaner !! Buyer BEWARE !
