Quick summary:I work a lot of puzzles, and Springbok puzzles are my favorite! Lately, I've had 3 puzzles in the works at the same time! 🤪😁 On separate puzzle boards, of course!I thoroughly enjoyed this 1000-piece Springbok's "Cottage in The Snow" puzzle! It was both fun and challenging! Plus, I love Christmas and snowmen, so this puzzle was an easy choice!I've been a huge fan of Springbok puzzles for years! Their puzzles are high quality, and made in the USA! I get to help support US jobs and have fun doing it! Excellent!On with my review of Springbok's 1000 Piece Jigsaw Puzzle Cottage in The Snow –The puzzle pieces were packed inside a plastic bag inside the box and the box was also wrapped in plastic. There isn't a poster of the finished puzzle so you will definitely want to keep the box lid available to consult the image as you work. The image on the lid is large, clear and there are no obstructions, so the lack of a poster is truly not an issue as far as I'm concerned.Here are my thoughts and observations:-100 percent made in the USA! That's important to me, and something I look for when purchasing puzzles as well as other products.-Great image quality! Nice and clear!-Makes a great gift!-Minimal puzzle dust!-No missing pieces!-No bent, broken, or peeling pieces!-All pieces are consistent in thickness.-Pieces are thick and sturdy, each with a unique shape, making it easy to know you've found the right piece! No accidentally placing a piece in the wrong location, which can and does happen with other brands.-The pieces are cleanly and precisely cut.-Various shapes and sizes! Fun!-Also, what appears to be an edge piece may not be! But this adds to the fun, and makes it more challenging! Just consult the image on the box cover, and keep a "maybe, maybe not" pile of questionable pieces or if you are in doubt. But don't give up! You can do it! 😉👍🏻 The edge pieces end up making a nice straight line and it's quite satisfying to see how the unique pieces fit together! Plus, it will make you feel like a rockstar! 😎😉In summary, I really enjoyed the theme of this "Cottage in The Snow" puzzle and will definitely continue to purchase Springbok puzzles for myself and as gifts! I love thatSpringbok puzzles are still 100% made in the USA! The puzzles are both fun and challenging, and the images are great quality and clear. The pieces are sturdy, and have interesting shapes. If on the rare (in my experience) occasion you have a missing piece, Springbok has a guarantee!5 stars and highly recommended!

This is such a pretty puzzle with really nice pieces, but I ended up with 8 extra pieces that were duplicates of ones in the puzzle. My puzzle had all its pieces but I worry that others don't since I had extras

Even a team of experienced puzzle adults, this puzzle's fuzzy picture gives almost no guidance except broad categories of faded color. This leaves one with the difficult task of matching puzzle piece shapes piece-by-piece. Our team simply gave up and put it back in the box after trying for a week to make progress.

This is a cute puzzle! I love a fun challenge, and 1000 piece puzzles certainly provide good ones for me. The pieces are printed and cut nicely and haven’t left a big mess as they’ve been moved around and such - I’ve had some puzzles in the past that leave a lot of small shavings from the backside of the pieces. The image is aesthetic and perfect for the holidays as well!

This is the hardest puzzle I have ever done. I am still working on it. Taking forever. If you like a challenge this is the puzzle for you!

This puzzle is stunning in person! My mom has been doing puzzles for years and absolutely LOVES doing them, so I’ve since gotten her several from Amazon. As is always the case, some of them have been of much higher quality than others, and this one is one of the best! The colors are very vibrant, the pieces are of excellent quality and are uniquely shaped, and they fit together securely.She works on her puzzles throughout the day almost every day, so she goes through them pretty quickly, so she’s definitely come across a few that were of much lower quality than others. There’s a a poster-sized insert included in the box so you see the details more clearly, which she finds essential, especially with more difficult puzzles. She’s gotten a few where the insert was super small, about the size of a post card, which was absolutely useless - you can barely see anything on those, never mind the smaller details. She actually tried using a magnifying glass in the hopes that it would help her see the overall pattern/detail/color placement better if the image was bigger, but that didn’t help at all.She’s also found that with some lower quality puzzles, the pieces sometimes sort of peel apart - the overlay of the picture lifted up from the rest of the pieces very easily. Another frustrating problem she’s encountered has been when all the pieces were very small and VERY similar in shape, so pretty much any piece would fit anywhere, even if it’s wrong. Thankfully, none of those issues apply to this puzzle!The overall size of the finished puzzle isn’t overly big, as can be the case for some with 1000+ pieces - it fits perfectly on her puzzle board. She’s really enjoying every aspect of this puzzle, and she very highly recommends it!!
