Great device it gets really really cold and reallly hot too. Battery lasts a great amount of time. Fit is pretty solid I have some trouble trying to find the perfect fit sometimes but it’s overall pretty good. Connectivity through the app is easy and simple I like it a lot.

Excellent recovery took. Obviously not going to get as cold as ice bags but for the convenience it's great. The contrast run of hot and cold is where it's at for recovery. Works best directly on skin or very thin clothing but cotton is on as well.

Expensive purchase. Had to think about this one for a few months. Well worth the money. Think is awesome. So much easier than a ice pack and heating pad.

This device is very expensive compared to cheap ice packs and heat packs, which also probably work better. The possible advantage is some degree of convenience over dealing with those. But another disadvantage compared to old-school ice/heat packs is the weight of this device. If you have a shoulder injury (eg, recent surgery) the weight and straps are uncomfortable and possibly painful (speaking from experience).

Wonderful device. Just works

I really like that this can be controlled with an app on your phone. It is very easy to use. It quickly goes from hot to cold and eliminates the hassle of warming packs or keeping things in the freezer. It charges quickly and you can run if for about an hour or longer. The longest program is about 20 minutes. My drawback on it is the fit. The strap under the arm is very thick and angled so especially for a woman with a chest, it is hard to wear comfortably. It tends to either gap or rub underneath your arm. Also it is very heavy on my already sore shoulder. There are a lot of good features but it is overpriced for what it is. I would return mine but the window closed before I got around to it.

After having a shoulder injury in my early snowboarding days, I’ve always had to put in the time for maintenance to my right shoulder. The relief I get from the cold setting is awesome. The ability to go from cold to hot is super helpful. I am also a big fan of its bluetooth connectivity & ability to control the temperature straight from the app. Once you find the right fit, it covers a good amount of surface & feels great. Plus, the ability for me (or anyone else in my house) to use it on either left or right is an added bonus.

I wanted to love it. Instead I found it heavy and uncomfortable for my injured shoulder with a torn rotator cuff and biceps. For me, it seems to fit poorly on my smaller female shoulder. It’s harder to use without internet and website connection. It’s made to work with the app. I found the app glitchy. All in all, too expensive for my high hopes of an effective contrast therapy device. Most problematic for me was the heavy uncomfortable wearing.

Not cheap but this device provides convenient heat and cold for your shoulder to take care of aches and pains and to help with recovery. No need for separate ice or heat packs. I use it daily so it is worth the investment for my shoulder.

Love this for shoulder recovery. I also have the new one which is fantastic as well.

Works great for hot/cold therapy. Using daily np. Battery last maybe 1 hr but can use plugged in all the time no issues.

Yes it really works. Significantly reduced shoulder pain

Only 15mins of battery life. Not that cool to be honest. The new version with compression I’m sure is better.
