Nothing available, refund request please
There were no availability on 3 different items I tried to book for. 2 hotels even though availability if you book direct nothing with the voucher at all! I would just like a refund as this is such a complicated process and nothing is actually available to book!

waste of money
Found it difficult to find hotels that acero the voucher, and eventually realised that those who accept the voucher offered a better deal without it.

Honestly don't bother
Trying to use the vouchers has been a nightmare and so stressful. The website is awful. It is far simpler and cheaper to just pay cash.
