Open, airy and sublime!
A bit shouty on first listen out of the box, but having put the earphones on my PC a couple of nights running, they're burned in a little and are now much softer in delivery. Now the screechy has mellowed, they are very good indeed. Open, airy, detailed and good bass. Good as in there, tight and punchy without being life threatening. Why so many IE 'phones have to be sooooo bass heavy is beyond me. I much prefer a more neutral delivery and these deliver in spades. The units are supplied with a variety of ear buds: Comply foam tips, which I find really comfortable, but don't isolate very well and several flavours of silicon tips that are less comfortable, but offer much better isolation properties and, in my ear canals, offer a better fit. I've got some other generic tips at home that I'll try out too, third party silicon tips that I bought from ebay in bulk years ago, which I have found comfortable and well fitting in the past. The build quality is impeccable. They're really solid ear pieces that have a good heft to them, though they don't feel heavy when they're inserted in my ears. They're no difficult to drive either; my HTC M10 will push them hard enough to be way to loud, so for listening on my phone, they work well. The only real niggle I have is with the lead. It appears to be good, strong stuff, doesn't get easily tangled and is just the right length for mobile use, though it's too short for sitting at my PC at home. The niggle is that they are very clattery, i.e. when walking, you can hear the leads banging together as the percussion transmits up the leads. It's not a killer though, just noticeable in between and in quiet tracks. So, while I'm still experimenting with the tips in order to arrive at a conclusion as to the variety I'm most happy with, the sound quality from these buds is way, way better than the 'phones that these replaced, which incidentally cost about twice that which I paid for this pair. They're not quite as good as my home phones in terms of overall listening pleasure, but they're very, very good none the less. There's a number of reviews here that have highlighted a possible quality control issue; the longevity of these 'phones is in question The sound quality of these headphones is not to be sniffed at, however. So far so good, and I'm a very happy listener.

Not very neutral, good for casual listening.
Not as neutral as they describe them to be. I would say they're good for casual listening paired with a smartphone. I found cheaper earphones to have a more balanced range. Would still recommend for casual listeners.

Bought it a month ago. Originally everything is perfect but two weeks ago the sound from one of the headphone started to fade out and it can barely hear any sound now. Literally only one of the headphone works now. Consider twice before you buy.

Go on treat yourself
Amazing, turned up in 2 days. I'm having to listen to all my songs again as there is so much more to them than I first thought, the depth and range is amazing. If you need head phones don't look any further.

Very good sounding headphone with a very pleasing nuetral tone
Very good sounding headphone with a very pleasing nuetral tone. Shame they lost sound in one bud after 90 mins use each time you use them.
