Review: Possibly the best ever Green Day album... - Always loved Green Day and while I love Dookie and earlier stuff always considered American Idiot and 21st Century Breakdown their master works. Albums after that were a bit mixed. And then came Saviors. OMG this is a stunning return to form. Not a weak track here. The standard of songwriting is stunning and the execution, fresh, vital, electric. The lyrics cutting edge, relevant. My album of the year, Awesome.

Always loved Green Day and while I love Dookie and earlier stuff always considered American Idiot and 21st Century Breakdown their master works. Albums after that were a bit mixed. And then came Saviors. OMG this is a stunning return to form. Not a weak track here. The standard of songwriting is stunning and the execution, fresh, vital, electric. The lyrics cutting edge, relevant. My album of the year, Awesome.
