Inserts came quickly in post today and I wanted to make sure they fitted so I put them inside my socks, I know they are not supposed to be worn that way but hey it's summer and I am indoors so...Anyway, I am literally almost crying with relief as I can walk without my toe joints hurting with each and every step. 3 years of foot pain every single day, both feet but today not so much as a little twinge! Yes, they stayed in my socks all day.It's got to be to do with my feet being in the right position with the Inserts meaning my toes are bending less, or in the right place for a change. I honestly couldn't feel more thankful for that. It's such a welcome relief/break from pain.They are warm and soft against my skin and really cushiony to walk on.I don't have any diagnosis for my foot pain and didn't know if these would work for toe joints but they have. This was the best 6 quid I have ever spent! Thank you so much

This is my second pair for each of my shoes, trainers. Seem very comfortable after initial period of adjustment to having them in your shoes. Seem to be helping me so worth the cost, which is reasonable. Give them a go!

Fit was as expected, they take a bit of getting use to but have done wonders for my fallen arch and the pain has lessened by about 80% in my ankle joint which is a massive bonus, the inserts are a little narrow and on the odd occasion I’ve had to readjust them but on the whole I find them a good product and would recommend them.

These are brilliant, I used them today and such a difference already. I will be buying a pair for all my shoes

They move around in my trainers too much and I found them uncomfortable and unhelpful. I brought these hoping I could avoid buying proper arch fit shoes but had to get them in the end. Might be alright for somebody else or for a short term thing

I have been using insoles now for 7 years. I had them made however the podiatrist working in the NHS retired so I started to try other types of insoles after the one I had became unusable. I have to say that this type I can use in flat shoes without making the shoe visibly wider. I had no pain, no plantar fascia problems and I love them. I have many 3/4 insoles from Pro range and I have started to recommend them to my patients too.I also love the price. What is not to like?PS. They go well with the memory foam insoles already in the shoe.

So good I'm back again for a second pair (so I don't have to keep swapping between shoes!)These have been perfect for improving the arch of my flat feet and hypermobility pain. I have less aches in my feet and knees when walking with them.

Ordered size 4.5-6 they are more like kids insoles and slide around inside the shoe. Very uncomfortable and flimsy I don’t recommend them,Total waste of money.

Haben nicht genau geschaut… leider nur eine halbe Sohle… verrutscht im Schuh sehr leicht!!!
