Love the images of the foods, easy to follow recipes, and great info about why we need these foods in our diet. Life is challenging, but eating well helps us deal with the struggles.

This cookbook is masterfully put together to inspire healthy cooking.
I couldn't wait to receive this beautiful cook book which came to day. The moment I opened it, I was thrilled with the beauty and mouth-watering displays of food that I felt I could make and share with others. Then I went to the directions of some of my favorite recipes a little worried the list of things to do would be crammed into very long, tedious steps. But to my delight, the beauty and simplicity of the directions brought me ease and a sense of "I can do this! I can become a better cook, and I can relish preparing healthy foods of several ethnicities!" If you are REALLY ready to eat with joy and science of healthy living, I highly recommend you start with Dr. Hyman's cookbook.

STELLAR cookbook to address modern industrialized-food sickness
Just received my pre-order in the mail today and couldn't read the intro fast enough! Dr. Hyman has again written a book that addresses the modern food crisis in the U.S. The recipes contain many whole-food, organic ingredients that are easily sourced, even in urban food deserts and rural communities with limited resources. The pictures are beautiful and appetizing, and instructions are clearly written and thoroughly explained. I can hardly wait to start implementing and enjoying the recipes in this newest creation. Thank you, Dr. Hyman!

Delicious, Healthy Recipes
All of Dr. Hyman's books are great, and this one doesn't disappoint. I'm a Nutrition Coach and Personal Trainer with a culinary arts background, and I often recommend his cookbooks to my clients. They always rave about the delicious recipes and beautiful photography and I've found his recipes to be consistently good and easy to follow. If you're not sure where to start with healthy eating, this book is a great resource!

Delicious and wholesome recipes, easy to follow!
I visit Dr. Mark Hyman's website weekly as a part of my family's meal planning prep and have never been let down. When this book came out I knew I had to snap it up. I was a little worried there might be repeats from recipes on his website but I haven't even found one! So far I've made the quick kimchi, pickled red onions, the wild rice bowl with smoked trout and coconut cucumber salad, and buckwheat bowl with smoked paprika chicken. I can honestly say I'd happily pay $20+ for these as an entree at a nice restaurant, they're so good! The ingredients also are easily sourced at grocery stores. So glad I purchased this book, I highly recommend it!
