Lifesaver
Genuine lifesaver - this stuff works incredibly well and is basically instant. My symptoms have improved drastically and now I barely need it. Started with using it several times a day. Couldn’t recommend it more.

Expensive but worth it when you are suffering
Very happy with this product! I have used many products over the years and this one cleared up my issue overnight. Its expensive but it works and the combined with the herbal components just makes it better. Will definitely keep this product handy

Better than the rest!!!
The BEST!!!! I had surgery and let's just say, the BH was not OK. When your situation calls for something more than the creams found at Wally World or DolGen, get this bomb a$$ treatment. Worth every penny. Does everything it claims to do.

Not for all anal fissures, but great company nonetheless
I had a bad hemorrhoid flare-up so I needed some relief. I also have an anal fissure that on occasion bleeds a little so I thought this would be an exceptional cream to use considering it states it was for both issues. Well talk about seeing stars, once I applied the cream, my rectum burned for hours feeling like an ice pick was being prodded into me. When reading the contents on the tube, I saw nothing that should have caused me the burning sensation, but then on the box itself, I see it contains witch hazel with is an astringent used for treating hemorrhoids. The problem here is putting an astringent on an open wound is similar to putting alcohol on it. Many anal fissures also bleed so I find it astounding that this company would put witch hazel in it's product and market it also for anal fissures. No wonder so many found this product to leave them with a burning sensation. Update 3/20/26: I was contacted by the manufacturer informing me that they were refunding to me the full value of my purchase PLUS an additional $10 toward goodwill - This company goes beyond limits to make things right.

There is hope!
I purchased this product after having an external thrombosed hemorrhoid ruin my day. The pain was awful… hurt to sit, stand, walk. I purchased this as a Hail Mary before calling my doctor. The pain relief is good right after application. Keeping the area clean is important. I applied this around 3X a day. Use gloves to keep that area infection free. I also started a new regime with Metamucil powder in the morning. You have to gently increase your fiber and stay hydrated. Between the fiber and this cream I am happy to say 6 weeks later the hemorrhoid is gone. Be patient, the pain will lessen. Be consistent. Be kind to your body as it is always working for you!

Removes swelling
It works. Within a week the swelling was gone. I tried suppositories and preparation H and neither reduced the swelling. Happy to say, I'm back to normal.
