This is a very pretty unit with modern elegance. The setup was easy and the settings are intuitive. The flame looks good. And it heats very well. I have it in a 20x12 divided room and it keeps it cozy.

Very elegant,this electric fireplace looks chic in one's drawing room. The heating is adequate for a small to medium room. Packing was good. Only thing I wish the feet were not made of plastic as it may not be very durable in the long run.

I received a used/returned item. This box sounded like there was a rattle in it when delivered, the styrofoam it was packed in was broken in one place, was dirty and had been taped with packing tape. The remote control was nowhere to be found.Attempting to return for the new product that was paid for. Will update review. Upon receipt of replacement item.While affixing the return label to the box, the shipping label from a previous recipient to the return center was still on the box.....-----------------------------------------------------------------------------April 5, 2024 updateI was able to exchange the original purchase for a replacement. Glad I did. The new unit works very well & I am pleased with the purchase. Not certain why I thought a remote was included with this item but after carefully reviewing, it DOES NOT COME WITH A REMOTE .....so my apologies for complaining about not receiving one.

I didn’t install the feet and I painted over the button instructions as they weren’t attractive. I have it on a floating shelf and it looks great. It’s flush against the wall so looks neat and tidy. I turn on the light every night and it lends a cozy feeling to my living room. I’ve only used the heater a couple of times and it heats well. It makes a little blowing sound when the heater is on but I can live with that. It doesn’t get the shelf it’s on hot, I was concerned about that but not an issue. It did have an electric smell the first 4 or 5 evenings I used it, but not anymore. All in all, I’m really happy with the purchase and can recommend.

I actually love the look of this & ease of use! However ~the noise level of this constant clicking sound overpowers the fan noise of the the fireplace. I can deal with the fan noise-soothing almost—but this CLICKING! It’s in our bedroom as it’s colder in winter & I cannot sleep thru this clicking noise, which is upsetting because I absolutely love the look & heat output is awesome!!
