Very good vitamin D supplement where you also have Magnesium, K2, Boron and Zinc. Very handy as you have all of the related vitamins/minerals. This supplement saves buying 5 separate capsules as you have five in one. You need vitamin K2 to put calcium where it is needed, and magnesium to keep calcium out of where it's not required, as well as Zinc helps to produce health bone growth and density as well as your immunity, and D3, for absorption of calcium and immunity, etc, and Boron helps bone health as well. Nice to find a supplement that is good for you, I have reordered of this item a few times, and found that over the winter, up to now, myself or other family members haven't had a cold, and if I feel one coming, I just take certain actions, this supplement really helps..
