Fast and clean
I use this drill bit on a daily basis to drill holes in concrete for testing the moisture content of slabs prior to the flooring material being placed. It works very fast and keeps the holes cleaned while drilling when a vacuum cleaner is attached. If you want to drill holes in concrete and keep them clean out ( i.e. anchor bolt or rebar epoxy) then this bit is a great help. It's a lot more expensive than most bits but it sure saves time. I tried it the first time and had to go out and buy different sizes.
