I recently picked up the Mouthguard, and I have to say, it’s been a game changer. As someone who plays contact sports regularly, finding a mouthguard that offers both protection and comfort has always been a bit of a challenge.Right off the bat, the Defender Max impressed me with how easy it was to mold. The process was straightforward—just a quick boil-and-bite—and it fit my teeth perfectly without any of that annoying shifting or discomfort. It’s slim enough that it doesn’t feel bulky, so I can talk and breathe easily while wearing it, which is a huge plus during games.The material feels durable and offers great cushioning, which gives me confidence that my teeth are well-protected. Plus, it’s surprisingly easy to clean—just a quick rinse after use and it’s good to go.If you’re in the market for a reliable mouthguard that doesn’t compromise on comfort or protection, the Mouth guard is definitely worth considering. It’s made my sports activities a lot more enjoyable, knowing my teeth are safe. These are great for sleeping as well!!

I clench my teeth at night so my dentist recommended DenTek. I bought that first and hated it. I couldn’t size it right, had to cut it up to fit, and I couldn’t close my mouth all the way. I returned it and purchased this one instead.I really like it! Since it comes with 4 different sizes I was able to have a perfect fit. I was also able to reheat a few times to get the lining up just right. If you squeeze the front into your front teeth, it can get thin enough so you can close your mouth while you sleep.It’s also much more comfortable and doesn’t feel weird against your tongue.You really can’t beat it for the price either, especially since it comes with 4 pieces.It helped a lot with clenching my back teeth and keeping them cushioned throughout the night.

My only complaint is that they are not all adult sized. You get 2 adult and 2 youth sized guards. I have no use for the youth. I got these due to the reviews that made it sound like they were easy to form. They are!! I’ve been using a different brand for a while and it was frequently difficult to get a good fit. My last guard kept making me drool. Since I didn’t need the youth guard, I thought I’d try forming that one first in case I messed it up. I have a candy thermometer so it was easy to determine the correct temperature. I don’t have a wooden spoon, but I have a plastic one that withstands high temperatures, so I used that and all went well. It was nice not to have to use ice water too, like the previous guard required. I could tell right away that this guard was much softer and pliable. After I was done forming the youth guard, I decided it might work for me since it was comfortable and only a small portion of my last, back upper teeth were not covered by the guard - and my top & bottom teeth were not touching. (I had 4 teeth removed for braces years ago.) I’ve used the new guard for several weeks now and I love it. Plus, no drooling!!!! I’m attaching a picture of my old guard and new guard for comparison.

I grind my teeth at night and I wanted something that was simple and cost effective so that I could wear when I go to sleep. The molding is pretty straightforward and molds to your teeth Just follow the instructions. This does come with two adult and two minor guards. I only wanted the adult size but for the price I didn't mind. I've used one for months and I brushed it every morning, when I'm done so far it's held up perfectly. I recommend this product for overnight use

Dentist recommended using to prevent tooth damage . I thought this was a good price and worth a try, they were easy to mold and comfortable to wear.

I intended to use this for clenching, however, I think I'm going to pivot and use these for whitening trays instead. My reasoning: the guards are so thick that I cannot comfortably close my mouth, and I don't imagine that will be ideal during sleep. My mouth stays open when I have the guards in. Granted, I have a smaller mouth and smaller teeth, so this may not be the case for everyone. I even trimmed the mouth guards a bit to fit the height of my teeth and gums better, and reheated it and remolded it several times to try to get it just right, but it was still uncomfortable. I promise I followed the instructions to a tee also; got the water to the exact temperature listed in the instructions and everything and the final result is too thick. But considering that my mouth cannot shut easily around the guards, I'm worried that with long term use, that it would negatively affect the anatomy)/musculature of my face over time, and I am also worried that by having my mouth open during sleep, that my mouth/teeth may dry out and that will make my teeth more prone to breakage. Maybe that's why it might be better to get the expensive guards from the dentist; maybe they can prevent negative effects such as these to give you a more custom fit. Also, in spite of having a small mouth, the bottom guard is not long enough to reach and protect my back teeth (the teeth that i was the most worried about grinding). These are perfect for using as custom teeth whitening trays though...so if that's why you want to buy some, then go for it! You can just get an over the counter teeth whitening gel and use it with these trays for a fraction of the cost of crest whitening strips. I definitely like them for that purpose. Just not going to use them at night.

This night guard has been a game changer for my teeth clenching. If it’s comfortably stays in place all night and has eliminated my morning job pain easy to clean and durable. Highly recommend.
