I wear them every day at work. I had one small issue with the thread coming loose on a finger, but I think it was a fluke, as I haven't had a single issue anyplace else; not even a pulled thread is looking out anywhere. The velcro seems weird at first, but I came to realize that it sacrifices a little bit of strength for a durability that I've never seen in "hook and loop tape". You can use it hundreds of times.When I wear these out, I'm buying another pair. However, they're stupidly durable, so it'll be a while. If you're buying these to use once in a while, they just might last for the rest of your life.

I have big hands, and these 3XL gloves fit great. I have ordered other fishing gloves and returned them due to fitment and quality. These are keepers.

I was using one pair of gloves for kayaking and paddleboard. Would sometime forget them when I switched sports. Now I keep the old pair with my kayak and this new pair with my paddleboard. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is they are a little small and tight on my fingers. I bought a size large. But they do the job. No calluses. Satisfied.

The gloves are light weight and not too hot. They provided excellent sun protection for the back of my hands while on a sailing trip. They are not offensive to look at. Time will tell with regard to durability.

My hands are getting so sunburned, kayaking, and riding my scooter. These were perfect.

I bought these for dragon boating. I’m pleased with the grip - they stop my hand from sliding up and down the paddle, even if the paddle gets wet. I normally wear a size S in latex work gloves and assumed that small in these would fit but they were too big. I returned them and got XS instead - so beware that they do run big!

They fit properly, comfortable and they have leather in all the right places, including the inside of your thumb, where kayak paddles love to give you a blister if your not holding them right. I recommend for everyone.
