This is a great value! For only $20 or so, I was able to replace my stock battery in my Toshiba Satellite laptop! Yes it's an old laptop (I think it's an Intel 286 processor in there), so don't expect it to last for an entire cross country flight or anything. It lasts for a decent amount of time (2 hours or more) and allows you to roam around "untethered" [off the grid]...I recommend this battery highly as I believe it is an outstanding value for the money. It was a Waaaaay better deal than some of the other places I've seen out there. Go for it--breathe some new life into your old laptop!

Jul-2012: Battery worked out of the box, after following instructions for conditioning. Arrived in a week.Sep-2012: Still working for three months of on-and-off use, lasting a bit less than two hours.Dec-2012: For the past three months I've been keeping my Toshiba in the AC outlet with the battery in my laptop. Today I unplugged it and found it no longer seems to hold charge for more than a few minutes, meaning that the lifetime appears to be less than six months (original OEM battery lasted 3 years).

My toshiba laptop would not stay on unless plugged into to as power source. As soon as I popped this in everything was back to normal. Didnt feel like i had a dead paperweight anymore. For some reason at full charge i thought I got 2 hrs 10 minute but it shows max as 1 hr 44. Regardless money well spent. word of advice for all laptop owners. If you are using ac power source disconnect battery it will make it last much longer.

I am extremely satisfied with this purchase. The battery I purchased was easy to install and it was already charged, so I did not have to charge it. Next, I installed with the given simple instructions that I did not need my son's intervention either! I would recommend this product to anyone, in fact I am using it right now to type this email.

Ordered this battery in August 2010. Seemed to work fine until a few days ago. I powered up the laptop, and of course, it died as I had not used it for a few weeks. Plugged in power supply. After a few hours I unplugged the power supply but the battery was dead-would not charge. Ordered a replacement by Anchor.

God quality replacement. No issues.

Came in charged, I am writting this review without having to plug in my old Sattelite M55-S325. Yeepee!!!From what I ve seen so far, I should get around 1hr 30mn autonomy with this battery.

Old Technology still works, just wish I could upgrade too a quad core. Really like the programmability on the batteries very happy.
