Makita P-52065 Technicians Pouch Drill and Screwdriver Bit Set (79 Pieces), 6.0 cm*31.0 cm*18.0 cm

Really good piece of kit. Alls you need is this and a cordless drill and you can fix most things at home, in a shop, in a factory, on site, on a bike!? everything is 1/4" hex shank so you save so much time changing bits. The only thing that is not in the kit is an adapter to go from 1/4" hex to 1/4" socket which would be handy for using the sockets in a drill but you can pick them up for pennies and find a space for it in the bag. The metal used for the bits is of decent quality.

Bought one of these kits some time ago and it had only light use until recently. The ratchet disintegrated quite early on but I gave it the benefit of the doubt as I may have been expecting too much of a 1/4" unit and I had a spare of another brand anyway. However, I have just tried to remove some 8mm hex head wood screws and the socket chewed to pieces at the first tight one. The job was finished using a socket from another brand on the same driver without problems. Having had this happen I did some investigating and the quality does fall short of what I have come to expect from Makita. The steel used is not the hardest I've experienced and one of the HSS drill bits, which I know has only been used once, is already in need of sharpening. I do my own sharpening so will know for sure what the steel quality is from the feel of it. Curiously the Makita badge on the pouch is sewn on at an angle rather than parallel with the edge which smells of poor Q.C - if this is actually genuine Makita then it has all the hallmarks of best cost country manufacturing to a price point.

Will be keeping this for spares. (That’s what I bought it for anyhow. However, the pouch it was supplied in is worn and scuffed as if it has been used. Not the quality I expect from makita, leaving me suspicious as to its origins???

Smallest bit was already broken when they arrived. Spade bits were incredibly blunt and basically unsharpenable.

Not impressed. First time using the drill bits today discovered there is no 5.0 BUT two 4.5s then 2 of the bits broke. Really disappointed I thought Mikita would be better than that

Not the usual Makita quality. Very cheaply made. Some of the bits are not even straight. Dissapointed.

Depuis quelques années, je ne m'équipe qu'en makita. J'en ai assez des outils achetés en grande surface qui vous lachent au moment où vous en avez le plus besoin.Les outils de pro coutent 2 à 3 fois plus cher mais ils sont aussi 2 à 3 fois plus efficaces et finalement ils vous facilitent le travail.En revanche, ce coffret d'accessoires ne représente pas du tout la qualité de la marque !Il est même arrivé abimé (un élastique maintenant un tournevis était décousu). C'est à l'image de tout le coffret : la marque makita avec la qualité "grande surface"... mais à un prix finalement élevé pour ce que c'est.Bref, je suis déçu.

Buen producto con accesorios de calidad, solo resaltar que después de probar y revisar todas las piezas una de ellas estaba deteriorada, supongo que en la manipulación del transporte recibió un golpe y el plástico que la recubre se agrieto, no es de entrañar pues el embalaje de cartón me llego en pésimo estado, por lo demás como decía anteriormente son piezas de calidad donde se le puede dar un uso variado, precio calidad un 9 de 10
